Location is good,and apartment is clean,i like it but...

Both toilet smells weird, Even after showering,using shower gel and shampoo,the smell still there. Even worse when we went out for hours return to apartment,using the toilet,the smell is even worse.master room balcony cannot open suddenly, asking for technician but then the person who i texted, asked me to force open the balcony,what happened if a accident happened? Like glass break,we will have to compensate.after the technician reach,he said he can't do anything because of lunch time. Which i understand,but then i choose to let the balcony shut for the rest of our stay there.really like the apartment but will not come back here again.

I stayed at Batam for 4 Days 3 Nights, and this room (apartment) made my family of 4 feel like home while making us feel very comfortable (considering my previous stay in nagoya hill resort where the place looks so run down). Checking in was quite simple and the host was very responsive. The wifi provided was very good!! No lagging and super fast!! (My favorite) Home appliances like microwaves and eletric kettle were provided too! The beds are very comfy and smelled nice, and the bunk bed furniture is well maintained which provided a sense of security when climbing up. The surrounding location is very safe as there are security guards ensuring non property guests were being asked to go away after a certain timing. And the doorman is very cheerful and would always greet us with a smile, there is also a 24hrs k-mart which allows us to purchase any things that we would require throughout the day, and lastly the restaurant provides nice food (but a bit costly) and had a nice ambience to it.

The swimming pool was under cleaning since thursday till friday and it was very hot when we went there in the morning for a swim which only allows us to stay there for 20mins. (Would recommend to build a shade or place a canvas to provide cover. Some of the furniture may need repair e.g. shower head holder was loose, the main door need to force slightly to close it properly, main bedroom curtain holder was loose. Noise from ferry terminal may be slightly loud for some, e.g. horns from boats.

The cleanliness of the apartment, the location is just beside batam center and facing the sea, so you can expect strong wind which is so relaxing.. staff yuni was very friendly and nice, answered all questions promptly.. we felt very welcome.. the room was spacious.. there is a swimming pool, gym and restaurant available.. if you will like to go for breakfast, you can just go to Harris Hotel just behind the apartment complex which is so convenient a 2 minute walk..

Good location and home stay feel. Walking distance to shopping mall. Quiet when not much guests. Very clear instructions to check in and check out

No shelter from ferry terminal. When raining day quite difficult to walk. Have to call grab although just next to each other.

The location is very near to ferry terminal n shopping mall. Staff is very polite n friendly, apartment is clean n spacious for my family and swimming pool is e best place coz apartment is juz above e pool.

Lift is quite slow.

location is very accesible, walking distance from the mall and the port, the unit is ready and clean - got almost everything you need and the view - breathtaking: you can see the port from the living room and welcome to batam sign from the rooms. the wifi is good as well!

the breaker trips if you use many appliances at once.

A very strategic location. Facilities surrounding within walking distance. Room AF level 8 good seaview

All is good. No complain. Only short of numbers of pillow. Should consider placed 2 pillows each pax. Example if the apartment cater for 5pax it should include 10 pillows

Wifi for room 7AA was good, buy not 15AC. View is good..

- 7AA doesn't have rack in bathroom for shower shampoo n shower gel, no rack above basin for toiletry, no mirror. - 15AC fridge door rubber spoiled, main door slandered, no wifi. Need to call for help on second day. - Only one toilet roll/day even thought there are 5 pax

The room that we got is a connecting room on the 20th floor. It has a sea facing balcony. It is within walking distance from the ferry terminal and mega mall. There is a mart also making it easier for us to buy snacks and drinks.

The location is great. The sea view is unblocked.

An extra set of pillow m and blanket would be helpful. The cups could be more thoroughly wash or replace as it is showing the stain from coffee or tea.
