The location of the hotel is just nearby two of the greatest seafood restaurant. Golden prawn 933 and 555. And the surrounding of the hotel there's alot of activities to do. Especially water sport facilities. Batam wake park is just around the corner. There's para sailings, atv and even go-kart. There's also Dino park for the kids to enjoy feeding the bunnies. The staff is helpful and friendly especially the bell boys. My family group there's a person with wheelchair bound. The bell boys, patiently help us push my aunt up the slope and whenever they saw us at the lobby wanted to go out, the boys will willingly help us without asking. And Fortunately we went there on CNY. So there is some small performance for us. Lion dance by the local. And we also get to play lucky draws. I didnt win! Booooooo. Hahaha. But the deco is nice. Its CNY, so mostly like 99% of it is in red. Which i didnt mind. At the lobby there is double trouble of pool! Swimming pool and billiards pool. Hahaha and even, psst, come boys! There's KTV AND PUB. HAHAHA. FOR THOSE WHO LOVE TO SING! There's karaoke pub too. Can do open table or close room. There's different room to choose for you depending on the group size. The room is superbly nice. We get the adjoining room, so two rooms can communicate easier. Toilet is clean n not smelly. And good thing is the floor is not slippery. Coz my little boy love to run around. Breakfast is good. Local and western. But the nasi goreng was nice! And blend with keropok! Wahkau! Hahah but the drink can put more variation. Will come back for more in the future.

Most of the time we are on activities so there's not much of dislike we have. Only for breakfast drinks. More varieties maybe. And if we can, breakfast by the pool would be great too.

The staff are all very polite, especially the concierge team and the front desk team. They really make sure to meet our requests and needs.

The standing shower IN the bathtub. Some rooms have a standing shower outside the bathtub. For some rooms that the standing shower is IN the bathtub, adequate hold bars should be installed for safety reasons, to make climbing in and out of the bathtub much safer and easier, especially for the elders. Hope the management can look into this matter seriously.

wifi connection reaching only at certain area , at my room there was no connection..need for more improvement coz communication is very important to every guest

To me, as usual this is my 11th time having this hotel as my top hotel over at batam. Family & child friendly. As for food wise I'm not very picky, I can just got across the road for the food or walk Abit further for diffrent variety of food.
