Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Mr Dharma from the reception was professional, friendly and polite. He spoke very good English too. Would definitely be back again for another stay. Thank you!

Please do up the toilet door....if need be please change it. We book 3 rooms and all the rooms toilet doors are the sMe terrible condition.

The breakfast spread was nice.The staff ( Front desk and Restaurant ) is very friendly and always puts on a smile.Security is also friendly and helpful in carrying our luggage.Room is clean.

Water Heats Up Very Slow when taking a bath.Toilet Floor Trap slow drainage..The first two stays room was already cold when checked in.Our recent stay room was not cold when checked in despite informing our ferry arrival time.

The staff from front office to the breakfast staff to the security was great and helpful. Felt warm while i was there Breakfast was great. Different breakfast daily. On top of that, they do have rabbit pets at the drive way area which makes it special.

The noise from the nearby cafe was too loud till 2am which disrupt my sleep

Stayed for 3D/2N i got my room service massage is pretty good. front staff Mr Kenzie/Rius are pretty nice and very accommodating. Having a large buffet breakfast with alot of choices food are good. Also enjoy night out hotel neighboring food stall just nearby with only a few mins walk. Room is nice and comfortable and clean i will pretty much recommended and looking forward to comeback again🥰

The bed comfortable. Breakfast was standard Indonesian food like maggi goreng, nasi goreng, etc. Lobby was very friendly and helpful. Pool was indoor.

Maintenance staff kept forgetting to come back to us with our requests. In house masseuse was late and one of them didn’t even come. Pool was a little bit dirty due to alot of plants around the pool.
