It was close to the bridges and as we came to cycle, it was super convenient. Away from the hustle bustle and traffic of the main city. Resort is clean and gardens well maintained. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The room ac was very loud and the remote control didn't work. It was quite cold and I could not control the fan intensity. The sound of the ac prevented proper and deep sleep. The bathroom mirror light was also falling apart. Looking at the room closely everything is built with cheap material and finishing. Bathrobe was also a thin cloth that had yellowish stains on it.

The whole resort was exceptionally quiet during the week and we had all 3 pools to ourselves. The kids spent hours in the pools which were a lot of fun to play in. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Its a beautiful view and the grounds are immaculate. The children loved the buggy rides and the seafood restaurant next door was excellent and very good value for money. we had a great batik session with Julius who was excellent and made the kids balloon animals. The shuttle was also very good and we utilised this lots to go into town.

given it was so quiet there didn't seem a lot going on at the hotel. The kids club was closed and the activities on offer were quite expensive. I would of liked some excursions like a boat trip on offer and you had to work quite hard to find out any information on anything. The breakfast didn't have many western options although given we were the only westerners there this did seem fair enough and there where a big selection of pastries and cereals.

Being a beach resort it was expectedly not near shopping areas etc. It was a pretty good hotel nonetheless if you wanted somewhere with a beach vibe. The Spa was quite good too.

I was there for a personal prayer retreat, hoping to be near the waters. I booked a sea view room. It wasn't as close to seas enough. The view from the room I was assigned (#3++) to was partially obscured by trees. Maybe the #5++ rooms would have been better. The quieter spots to pray, away from the beach access and pool bar, had lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast wasn't too bad. Still value for money.

Started the morning with an excellent buffet spread – everything was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a wide variety to choose from. What made the experience even better was being warmly greeted by the friendly staff, who made us feel welcomed right from the start. A truly great way to begin the day!

The General Manager not friendly and dont know how to greet customer. Like as though we owe him money !

Great place to chill and relax. Pools ranging from toddlers to adults giving everyone an opportunity to swim and play. Periodic foam bubbles at the kids pool area is fun for children of all ages.

Housekeeping need to beef up their service. Better to provide a check list for the staff. The staff from Front office and F&B though friendly but lack sincerity and warm with the exception of those staff managing the children's play areas, they are so patient and good with children.

The place are great with 3 pools, children pool, adult pool, and infinity pool. There is a foam at the children pool and my kid like it so much, it was really rare to see this in others resort so far. The beach is so clean and beautiful.

There is something to improve on the cafeteria especially during breakfast serving. During entertainment session while staff performing dancing and We found out there are lack of staff on cooking station or beverage station. Most of the staff is performing on entertainment and only left very less staff on serving food and cleaning work. Even we saw there is 1 staff taking care on cooking noodle and cook omelet at the sametime until the omelet brunt. Really hope there will be an improvement on this.

I like my room, it is clean and i like some of the food. I like the pool and sports activities. Most of the employees are kind and smiling.

No aircon for the cafe and lobby. The waiting time for transportation to come is very long for pick up and there is no follow up call if you have driver or not. You do not have walkie talkie so the drivers know what room they should go to pick up guests.

We like that Harris is located far from the city centre, with resort like characteristics and features. Although it was far, the driving time is only about 30 to 45 min to the city. One hotel reception staff (Chinese lady) was very helpful and recommended many attractions. Many staff were trainees, which is fine.

The breakfast spread did not change during the 4 days we stayed. Some variations would be good. The water supply stopped unexpected one time, but worked after a short while. The WC did not flush well during our stay. In fact, it was clogged up on the second last day. The maintenance staff fixed the problem promptly.

Buffet Breakfast - it is the most important meal of the day where many guests will gather. The food need to make more effort. Dishes - to be serve hot, example porridge and other menu were just warm.

All good & it was recommended by an ex tour agent friend. Reasonable pricing

Nothing much to do in there and the hotel didn’t really upkeep the surrounding area. But the room was really clean. Shuttle transfer to the ferry terminal was limited
