1st time stay in Wyndham Panbil Batam. Really love at 1st sight. Love the hotel, love the service, love all the staffs. Room was clean, bed and pillow was comfy. The tv is a smart tv... so you can log in to netflix or you tube. And what i love most is the mineral water... the hotel use a big bottle of mineral water. As my hubby and i drink a lot of water and we are happy that we need not ask for extra bottles. My room view is the lake view.... and can see the pool from my room. There are a few restaurants in the hotel. A lot of activity for the youngsters. There have ATV, can ride bicycle and a few more. There are pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There is also a spa by the name of Eska. There are also a shuttle service to 2 malls and maybe more. You can ask the front desk staff like Ms Lala, Ms Mutia, Mr Irfan and 1 more lady staff (didn't get her name clearly). Will definitely come again... thank you Wyndham Panbil Batam and all the staffs for the hospitality... 🫶

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The pool was very nice and the room was big and quiet. The breakfast was okay, with some local dishes.

My one complaint is about the staff at breakfast. The moment I got up to grab more food, they removed the food I had already brought to my table. This was extremely frustrating. I had to constantly bring new dishes, because the staff would simply remove everything, the moment I got up from the table. At one point, I came back to my table, and someone else had simply taken my seat, because there was only one dish left. I understand that you want to be efficient, but this is totally misunderstood service. Please let me eat my food in peace, instead of removing it.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, and each time I have received a warm and welcoming reception. The view was truly spectacular. Check-in was effortless and efficient, with the added benefits of early and late check-out options. Although the breakfast was satisfactory, it did not exceed my expectations. As a Head Chef, I have high culinary standards, which may have been shaped by my work experience in a luxury hotel. To enhance the dining experience, I recommend adding more traditional Indonesian cuisine and baked goods to the menu. Additionally, the music played during breakfast could be more soothing and relaxing. The ground staff provided exceptional service.

So far none except for breakfast spread. Maybe it can be better in the future.

This marks our 4th visit to Panbil. One aspect that impresses me is the newly upgraded hotel lobby and sitting area and pleasant scent throughout the hotel where we are staying. The staff have been very helpful, and the check-in process was efficient. The breakfast spread was average, offering numerous choices. Securing a Grab ride was effortless, and the location provides easy access to several Batam malls. I strongly recommend this hotel for both families and couples.

I hope during breakfast, they could instead playing calming/soothing musics instead of hip hop.

This was our third stay, and we’re loving the hotel’s recent revamp! The modern look and upgraded facilities are a great touch. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, though we didn’t get the garden view we had requested. Some expected amenities were also missing from the room. Breakfast was good, but only one coffee machine was available for the breakfast crowd, and condiment restocking was noticeably slow. Paper napkins were also unavailable. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for the minor issues. We’re already planning our next visit!

Environment is great! Staffs at the hotel are helpful and fast response even to un-expectations circumstances. BIG THANKS to Receptionist Mutirah ( I hope I write her name correct!) and all the males staff night shift on 31st Dec 2024 for their professional to keep me felt safe and preventing unfortunately event happened. They’re really a pro. STAFFs like them should be promoted! They’re such assets of the hotel! Thank you guys! Also thanks to staff receptionist Nur for gave us first impression of the warm welcoming when we just reached hotel. And gotta mentions the housekeeping services ( I forgot to ask for their names) two boys are very good at what they do. Thank you everyone. Much appreciate from me.

The bar roof top was limited of services, I came there at 6pm( timing they just opened) , staff took my ordered of classic mojito and a finger food. End up I was Informed no alcohol drinks available at that time, pity the waitress kept apologise to me regarding this, and well, i paid for the food but I never touch it, then I just left with my disappointment with the bar organisers. Bar management should be improved.

My family and I stayed at BWP Panbil Hotel for quite a number of times before covid. Cleanliness of the hotel is still the same as previous time. Room comfort is the same too only that the shower tap handle loose. Other than that the stay was good

Hotel restaurant change the menu with not much variety, breakfast was not the same as the last time. Use to have so much varieties and the 3 days we were there the breakfast menu is almost the same. Location wise not much of an issue for us as we commute via grab/own driver.

The hotel staff is welcoming and attentive from the moment of arrival until departure. They provide excellent service across all areas of the establishment. The well-known spa service, “Eska,” is conveniently located on level 2, allowing guests to enjoy spa sessions without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food choices, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the hotel prioritizes security, with more than 10 security personnel stationed throughout the premises, ensuring guests feel safe during their stay.

The pool was beautiful and the viewing deck beside the pool had a great view for us to sit back and relax in the evening. I liked the rooftop bar as well but didn't manage to dine there as we were out of the hotel in the evenings. The room is beautiful and was comfortable. Overall a great place to stay and unwind

The breakfast spread could be improved better. We saw food were being prepared and displayed as early as 3am, and hopefully the food stays fresh throughout the breakfast course. During one of the breakfasts, we realised that one of the chicken dish was spoilt. We informed the restaurant manager and he immediately removed the dish from the display and apologised to us about it. We thanked him for his swift action.

We liked the executive room it was big had a living and dining. Room was spacious. Good breakfast separate. They have western, local and Japanese spread. Very good steak selection on the roof top restaurant. Hotel offered free shuttle to the malls

Dated room telephone it was never connecting had to go down personally if any issues. Shower tap was faulty it was a challenge to switch from shower head to tap. The noise from the motorway was really loud couldn’t sleep ( room had a lovely view of the natural lake though)
