Room The room was incredibly spacious with a modern design. Unlike other places I've stayed where the lighting was often too dim to do makeup unless it was daytime with the curtains open, Centro had six bright white lights on the ceiling that illuminated the room perfectly. There were also two night lights for reading or sleeping. Bed This room had a king size bed and was so comfortable. The mattress was great. I had a good night's sleep. Toilet The toilet was large and nicely appointed. The bidet was new, and the toilet bowl was clean. There was a huge bathtub for soaking with both hot and cold water options. The showerhead was new, and the water pressure was excellent. Amenities The room featured a kitchenette equipped with a pot for cooking and some utensils in the cupboard. The dressing table came with a comfortable red chair, and the powerful air conditioning kept the room cool. Another aspect I loved about this place is that it's structured like a point block with only four rooms on the first floor. I stayed in room 312 and appreciated the privacy and tranquility. The staff was super nice and went out of their way to make my stay a great experience.

For the price I paid, there was little to complain about. Just a few tips for future travelers: bring bedroom slippers or slippers since the floor can get cold, a mosquito spray as they can follow you into the room, and your own bathing towel. If you’re not too particular, you can save money and still enjoy a luxurious stay at Centro—I did with my family. For transportation, you’ll need to call a Grab, which costs about IDR 33,000 to IDR 49,000 depending on your destination (roughly SGD 3.30 to SGD 4.90). It's a convenient and affordable way to go sightseeing. There are no lifts at this hotel however the staff will assist you to carry your luggage up and down if you require it.

Bed and pillow firmness was to my preference and liking. Aircon was cold. Very quiet location due hotel was located slightly out of town, but still safe. Wifi was strong and stable 98% of my stay.

Television was pathetic as you were not able to watch anything on it. Don't rely on their TVs. Floor was dusty and toilet was very run down but was working fine. First impression is dirty and grimy but at least usable.

It's location is good. The ambience is calm.

Tv should be upgraded especially the channels. Even local (Indonesia) channels are mostly not available.

The shower pls improve the water pressure.. the water so little. Pls clean the room properly.. I suggest pls change the chair & table in the balcony ,, put sofa n nice table in the balcony. Look more good & attraction. Pls look into my feedback. Thank You.
