Despite being 20 years old,the hotel is at the heart of batam and atop the hill and was nowhere near the main bustling road, so it's pretty peaceful and quiet up here. The view during the day and in the evening especially is amazing. The breakfast food variety is good enough. Went for the full 4 hours of spa at the Spa Village, and it's excellent. My wife enjoyed it. Junior Suite room is exceptional but looks abit old. Room and overall environment is kinda old but still consistent and maintained. Otherwise, there's not much issue.

The pillow is too soft and provides only 2, so I had to request 2 more. Toilet for the Junior Suite doesn't come with a shower screen, so it's easy to get the toilet wet, and the shower spray is fixed on one location, so we were unable to move it up and down.

Good hotel for holiday & relax from your busy day. Good breakfast buffet as well. Swimming Pool, Sauna & Hot Tub really a great combination for us. The reception was also very kind & nice, I forget his name, but he offered me the Beer Spa & explained very detailedly about it. Unfortunately, the Spa operational timing is too short, we can't make it. Hope that the hotel management can reconsider the timing because 1200pm - 08.00pm is too short for many guests who want to try the spa, especially the Beer Spa. I wanna try next time if I'm lucky, haha. Hotel is not so far from town, they also offer me FREE shuttle service to shopping malls. It's really great. But the lobby was so hot & got leaking. Overall, it's beyond my expectations. Will be back soon!!

One of the best hotels in Batam. I love this hotel so much. The staff are also very helpful & kind. Especially for William. He really knows how to fulfill the guest satisfactions. Many thanks for William to arrange my staying here and arrange my spa too ^^ Vista hotel is lucky to have him as a staff. I promise to come back again in the near future!

Back again to this hotel. reception staff, Stevan really nice and helpful in everything that we need during our stay. The surrounding was superb as the hotel is located on top of a hill. Our room really nice.

The only con for this hotel is the breakfast had no variety. 4 stars hotel but no buffet.

All staff in the hotel were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was awesome.. spa and massage parlour was in the hotel itself. Good service.

No eateries nearby. If you want to order from Grab, need to collect from guard post about 3mins walk from hotel lobby.

Hotel is quite surrounded overall and staying with the bigger room.

Far distance from city centre.

Breakfast was good. variety of food to choose from.

the balcony and the view. It has amazing view be it at night or in the day.

It looks rather run down, guess it’s pretty old already. There isn’t much choices for breakfast buffet as well but taste wise, still okay.

Everything about the hotel. It's not on the main road which creates a quiet environment. Amenities are good. There's a bar. The breakfast has gotten much better
