Location is the best! Lots of Massage & eateries nearby hotel. Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk. Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once. Value for money.

Nothing. If I have to point it, buffet spread could be better with live station for egg.

The location of the hotel was really nearby to the mall, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff is good and friendly, especially to technical staff whom solves our room wifi issue until resolved even it's taking times they're really making an effort to resolve it. Overall we are satisfied with our stay & definitely will repeat again.

Perhaps implementing a more efficient communication system for room service requests, as we call the room service taking a bit longer time.

The Hotel was surrounded by a big shopping mall ,Foodcourt with a variety of different foods goes well with an open air dinning in the night.Ground staff from front office ,security staff and housekeeping staff are all very friendly and always make you feel welcome .

Generally the location is good , easily accessible by walking, eatery shops are nearby , shopping mall like BCS n Batam Mall are walking distances. Rooms and toilets are clean and valued for money.

Need to improve their level of breakfast

Bed was comfort but the "queen size" bed is using two single beds to join, good if it really one queen or king size bed. Bathroom cleanliness is good as compared to some other hotels

The room is very nice, it feels very atas, I book the bigger room so is at another building. The environment is really nice and don't feel like it is a budget hotel. The staff is very friendly and cleanliness is also up there.

Toilet lights are quite dim. Will be good to provide extra bath towels in room. Proposed to have hand/face towel as well.

The location was very good. Lots of eateries around and shopping malls were within walking distance. Also, convenience shops were open 24 hours.

The toilet will be flooded. The shower water can't flow out, but it accumulates over there. I slipped and fell to the ground. My toe hurts and bleeds. 😭 I hope it will improve. I will stay in this hotel again next time.Come on!

bed and room was acceptable to our liking. Initially the television was not working and they switch a 1 to 1 which was superb service.

breakfast could be better. There seems to be a lack of aircon as it was stuffy and lack of service staff for breakfast. The Refills for breakfast was slow.
