Me and my fiance didnt expect the hotel would be that good, we were welcome from the front door very nice, checked in time less than 3 minutes which was so great.. the room itselve truly confy and the best part of our trip, the front desk free upgrded our room and againn its more than we could ask especially on that day our very moment with my fiance, soo yeaa Beverly hotel are lovely....

The room is spacious & clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A surprise that a 4 star hotel does not have a hair dryer whereas most of the hotels have. The breakfast is so limited options.

Room is cozy, all staffs are really helpful and friendly. Staff helped us to cut down on smoke smell of the room as non smoking rooms are not available.

Water heater not hot enough, quite cold to shower at night Non smoking room not available although booked for it. But staff was really great and helpful to help do treatment to cut down the smoke smell in room. For that, thank you for the hospitality

Friendly staff and easy check in and check out procedures. Also, immediately added one extra bed upon request. Satisfied.

Breakfast - most of the food finished when arrived at about 8.30am.

Great location with free parking. The staff very friendly and someone to open the door for you. The building is not new but very well kept and rooms are big. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They are willing to help you get a scooter if you ask. I will stay here again when I return
