"A Wonderful Stay!" I had an excellent experience staying in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room nice and cool throughout my stay. I loved the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and I felt well taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The first day’s breakfast was a delightful experience with a variety of options. However, on the second day, we were disappointed to find that the breakfast selection was quite limited, which felt like a downgrade. Additionally, we had a bit of an issue with the hotel’s policy on extra guests. We were a group of three, and we had to pay an additional room cost for the extra bedding, even though the room seemed spacious enough. The policy of only allowing two people per room felt a bit unreasonable in our case, and it added an unexpected cost.

The rooms are spacious. We booked a 2 king bed with connecting rooms. Both rooms have a small kitchenette that you can heat up food. The hotel is near starbucks, which is convenient for coffee lovers. Check-in was a breeze, and they helped assist in carrying our luggage.

The hotel overall is very dim as they use warm light throughout the entire space. The rooms are using smart light, which is not so smart, apparently, as the connecting takes a while before the light changes. Also, the aircon cannot be easily adjusted as they are using the smart button panels, which makes it hard to adjust the temperature.

Great location and very good value for money. Room is almost like a serviced studio with a mini fridge, microwave, cooling stove and basic utensils and cutlery. Also the hotel is walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall which is very convenient. Breakfast also very decent considering the price and options on offer. Not too noisy at night as well. Overall definitely recommend to stay.

Extra towels are provided but chargeable, would be nice if this was like other hotels just provided on request.

There are a variety of food choices for the breakfast, it was nice though not fantastic. The room is spacious and clean with toiletries provided. The staff are friendly and polite. There are convenience stores and eateries behind the hotel within walking distance. There is welcome drinks provided at the lobby and water dispenser at every level.

Location not very near to city area, have a take a taxi to nearby Grand Batam Mall which takes less than 10min ride. By walking is about 20min.

- Check-in and out was fast and smooth, took a few minutes each time. - Generally close to Nagoya Hill Shopping Centre through the back gate (approx 5mins walk) - Price was decent

- We chose a non-smoking unit, but the room still smelled like smoke anyway. - Probably due to the smell of smoke, the towels also had a bad smell even though they were fresh. - Saw a small cockroach on our 2nd night of stay

room was so nice for us husband wife and family...love the bathtub...my son like the spacoius room...bfast for us is nice ...choices changes everyday so the food is not boring...love the foods you serve.....the location is super good.... nagoya hill mall just a small walking distance using the hotel back door.... food stall all scaters all around the hotel so for lunch and dinner just a walking distance.... easy to get grab taxi and all the other malls and visit places even fresh seafood is not far... nice hotel to stay..will book there if its not sold out...

sorry to say my room was at 1st floor.... have mosqiuto problem...my 5yrs old son got few bites from them... thats the only down side.....its not a big deal for us actually.

Rooms was big and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. I don'tike the comforter or blankets, looks shabby, could use a fluff or something. Looks flat and ordinary. Room feels humid and smells funky like an old building, but overall, it is very good and quiet.I like my room little kitchenette corner. Very convenient, and there's 2 electric stove.

The bathroom is old and the bathtub is high. There's a bug in my room that is hard to kill. Like a stink bug sort of.

2 toilets, air con very strong, 2 tv, 1 living room spacious enough for family of 8 get together. Water dispenser outside rood, have kitchen complete with cutleries, rice cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge, daily cleaning, daily bath towel, gym, table tennis, have pub within the hotel.

The room was spacious. The facilities, whilst old, were well maintained. There was also good variety in their breakfast. The staff spoke passable english and were always ready to provide assistance.

Cleanliness could have been better, as we discovered some bugs in our room. Also, the water bottles which they provided us with were not cleaned properly.

The staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is humble and yet good. The location is nearby town and mind you the interior is classic. We really like the classic interior despite the modern minimalist. They also let us store our luggage and bag at reception area after check out.
