I like that the staff was very welcoming,as soon as you reach the hotel,i was welcome with their greeting as soon as i walked into the Hotel,the security was helpful as they helped to bring down the luggage and helped to open the door for me.The Services was prompt and any enquiries were answered. This is better than any 5 stars Hotel i have visited in Batam. This is my 3rd stay at Aston Nagoya City Hotel and will return to stay again if i visit Batam. A shout out to All the staff working there for a job well done and thank you for the comfortable stay there.

There's alot of amenities nearby there..opposite there's a few massage parlour. Popular Christopher saloon. Food not to mention..tons of it.. so called 7-11 a few I can say..quite convenient

Booked 3 rooms at the hotel on the 28th Dec to 30th the lady at the receptionist fair Chinese looking was very rude when asked. She don't even bother to look at us and just answered rudely. Hope the manager can do something with this kind of staff especially when dealing with customer. Floor is not carpeted. So is kinda sticky..

Front desk staff like Ria Angelina very professional in her handling of customer n always very knowledgeable n helpful. (Especially when i requested her to change my ferry depature time twice). Displayed a very pleasant disposition n always service with a SMILE! An asset to Aston Nagoya City Hotel.

D tv control in d bad room is very difficult in operating.

Among the best hotels in Batam. Spacious and clean rooms. Strategic location, full of fun and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, 24-hour convenience stores, money changers, spa treatments, souvenir shops, entertainment centers, karaoke, supermarkets, shopping malls and others.

Breakfast is ok but needs to be improved in terms of service, taste and quality.

I love everything about the hotel, right from the moment I step in the hotel lobby, from the door men, the reception, the restaurant and practically all the hotel Staff that I bump into are friendly, polite and respectful. Despite being a 3 star hotel this hotel, has exceed my expectation, with the superb location, breakfast spread and most importantly the Staff of the hotel has provide my husband and I stellar service and we are impressed. Keep up the good job and we will certainly be back soon

The only downside was that the aircon temperature was not cold despite me putting it at the lowest 17°C.

Relatively new hotel, rooms are clean. Designated parking area for inhouse guest is a blessing. Security round the clock to oversee your rented car parked there. They have an in house Spa which opens 24hrs apparently. No frills value for money hotel. Food court, massage shop, supermarket and even a sit-down durian shop just beside the hotel.

No phone in the room to connect with the reception. The hotel is utilising Google nest as a replacement however 2 out of the 3 rooms I booked, the Google nest was not connected. No way to get help from the staff other than making your way down to the first floor. So basically when you check out, you are on your own with your bags and shopping hauls.

I love everything about the hotel, from the super friendly staff the breakfast and the amazing clean room.. And also to the Manager in charge Ms Ria, thank you for accomodating to my something nice in the room for my 10th years anniversary. Me and my husband really happy and enjoy our stay. Will stay again there and recommended.

Reservation staff were attentive to my need of request on connecting rooms. The rooms are reasonably sized with comfortable beds. I didn’t set expectation on breakfast as I saw feedback saying spread was limited. To my surprise, the spread was good and pastry was fantastic. The staff were proactive and plates were cleaned away fast. Overall stay was pleasant :)

No complaint at all.

Small yet clean and cosy room for 2 pax. There are eateries downstairs. Very accessible via grab.

Only downside is no hanging in the bathroom.

The location is strategic and right at the center. Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal is around 10 mins away, nearby to most shopping centres as well. The staffs are professional and very helpful. From cleaners, to bellboy, to security, to kitchen staffs and receptionist. Everyone provided top services. The breakfast spread was amazing as well. Room is true to picture. All in all, it’s a great stay and I would definitely visit again.

The position of the aircon in the room is placed at the foot of the bed. Hence, the air flow is not that great. The temperature of the fridge is not cooling as well. Perhaps with better maintenance, the appliances might work better.
