Wasn't my first time here, but first time here with my kids and husband. I Hotel never disappoints. Truly appreciate all the help and extra mile from the service staff during an unfortunate incident, which required us to get to get to the hospital late at night. Their service was top-notch and left a lasting impression for us. Prior to booking, we had also requested a birthday set up, which the hotel did not disappoint. The food was good, the service was remarkable and the facilities were clean. All you ever need for a good stay. Will definitely be back.

Love the smiles and kindness all of the hotel staff, the big room, with the luxurius property, the breakfast with many food and drink we can choosed. Realy want to come again to stay more days, for shoping arround the hotel, relax with massages by a good theraphys, eat the delicius food and others...Than'ks GOD🥰

We extended time to stay for half day, and checked out in afternoon late, but no body come to clean my room in the morning.... My be we need to ask first,🤭 I don't know...

My husband and I celebrated our 1st anniversary in Batam and the staff were kind enough to upgrade our room + leave a cake in the room. The staff is efficient and friendly. The hotel is also fairly close to harbour bay ferry terminal. Special shout out to Ferdi for being so hospitable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The breakfast spread can be extended, not a lot of choices.

The location which is super near to nagoya Hill mall. It has a walkway (with a guard on stand by to ensure the hotel guess safety) from the back of the hotel that leads you to nagoya Hill mall that open from 6am till 12am daily. The hotel spa was good and the therapist assigned to me has excellent. I feel so relaxed and fresh after great massage and hospitality.

The breakfast spread could have been better with more variety of local delights other than just the nasi goreng and bee hoon.

It has a very clean room, carpeted with good toilet amenities. Great location and super friendly staff

The breakfast has many food varieties but the quality is below average. The food quality in the restaurant is also poor. The chambermaids should be more properly trained as there are always few amenities that they forget to replenish like soap, towels etc.

Location was great! There was a short cut to the Nagoya Mall. The stairs are no problem to use since it is only a short flight of 14 steps or so. Ambiance and rooms are clean and luxurious feeling. Staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast is amazing since we are not expecting just western food. The rendang and local food were amazing too! It was an awesome experience that was enough for us to make this our de facto hotel when we are in Batam!

If I have to nitpick, it will be that the bathroom could do with some mould killer. Also the drying lines at the bathroom is not retracting but that is not an issue at all.

The hotel interior was good. The room was big and cozy. The tv and channels were awesome! Located just beside Nagoya Mall is a plus point. The pool is good, just enough dept to have a good time.

The breakfast spread was limited. The shower in the room that we stayed has hole almost everywhere, and so the water splashes around like it has its own mind.

Bed is good, breakfast is good as well! Hotel staff is friendly, and they have liaison with the kualapis Alya Layer cake. So no need to go all the way there if you need to order it. Swimming pool is good too.

Pillow is terrible. I not sure why they provide such big and uncomfortable pillow. Cannot rest your head without neck pain.

The Grand I Hotel consistently stands as the preferred choice for our friends and family when visiting Batam. With excellent facilities, pristine rooms, and a welcoming staff, it never fails to impress. The breakfast selection has notably improved since our last visit in November 2023. Simply the best!

The room carpets are in need of shampooing as they cause discomfort, with added itchiness when sitting on them.

location..nearby nagoyo mall, and massage place...alot of eatery.. breakfast in the hotel is good..with variety of Asian dishes. hotel staff very helpful, especially to the HOUSEKEEPING staff.(level 3),they are very helpful and honest... he response to our request without delay. he deserved a credit for his hard work.
