Very good location if you want to be near amenities but not in the centre of bustle and hustle. 5 to 10-min walk to the market, a2 foodcourt and grand mall. The apartments are spacious, clean and well kept. Easy check-in and check-out. There is no lift so be sure to ask for low floor if you do not want to take the stairs. A downside was the bathroom heaters failed to dispense hot water at night.

Bathroom mirror with backlight and touchscreen. All the equipment was new and nicely maintained.

After 9pm, the place is quite dark everything is closed - like zombie land. Find it hard to go out for a stroll. It was a cold season, shower had issues with - temparature and pressure wasn't enough. Wish there was a curtain/door btw shower & toiler. Family with a single bathroom is bit hard to maintain.

Very good location.

Although this is a new apartment with no lift. The towels are very dirty with stains. Floor comes with a lot of hairs.... Bed was quite hard. Not for fussy, value for money.
