The wonderful service by all the staff, totally worthy of five star resort. Special mention to Syukri from the Front Desk team on his exceptional service rendered during our trip. All our requests and enquiries were promptly attended to. In person, he is always beaming and makes effort to build rapport with my children and we felt so comfortable throughout our trip. In all our years of travel, Syukri is top in our family ranking of service staff.

The double mattress has seen better days, it sinks in the middle. While the buggy system is efficient, the wait during peak times is long.

The villa we got was right at the end, facing the forest and very secluded. Full on privacy. Clean. The staffs were very accommodative. The service is awesome. The buggy service is fast too. The resort is clean. Very quite and a beautiful space to relax with family. There is plenty food options too!

The water in the toilet were slightly brown. Can use more lights in the outdoor area of the villa so that chilling outside the room at night can be more comfortable as it is well lit. The pool pump cover for room 1206 were slightly out of place and we tripped over it. Might be a hazard for some.

Beautiful location, with a spacious private villa and very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were all wonderful. The spa was excellent and I would definitely recommend it. The service everywhere from initial pick-up at the ferry to checking out was superb. The only disappointment/downside was there was no beach to enjoy, even at the named beach club and this wasn’t highlighted when we booked. This is an ideal resort for a quiet few days but it is quite pricey in terms of food and activities once you are there so be prepared. There isn’t a huge amount to do, but if your goal is to recharge this is an ideal place to do it.

The property is absolutely stunning and perfectly located, offering beautiful views all around. The private pool was a delightful bonus, and on clear days, you could even see Singapore clearly from the poolside. It was incredibly peaceful to sit there and watch the sunset. The hospitality was outstanding, with everyone, from the buggy drivers to the restaurant staff, being exceptionally polite and helpful. As a vegetarian, I encountered a few challenges, but the staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to meet my dietary needs. Although the work venue I attended in Batam was a bit far, which limited my ability to explore all the facilities, I truly enjoyed my stay.

The pools need more maintenance and the beach space within the resort needs to be given more attention too.. Also, it's a little expensive but its worth it.

Great location, only a 10min shuttle away from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal. Service staff are attentive, warm and helpful. A few delays here and there but they were apologetic. Off peak period was great not too crowded and had dining offers. They had a complimentary shuttle to Mega Mall Mon-Fri which was useful as the resort is quite far from the city. In villa BBQ was a great experience.

Just a bit of bad smell from the toilet bowl and lobby staff did not serve the welcome drinks at the start when we entered. But they were apologetic.

From the start, when you arrive at the resort, the staff are ever ready to meet your needs from check-in to helping us get rid of some insects in our room. The breakfast buffet during weekends was miles better than the weekday buffet. First time trying the airsoft gun, quite a fun activity for us.

Some development work was being done in the area (between the two-room villas and the restaurant). It affected our walking distance to the restaurant, but overall did not affect our stay, but to buggies always being available to ferry people around.

Best resort experience we’ve ever had (and we’re decently well travelled). Staff were exceptional. Seamless service from pick up at international ferry terminal through to final departure. The entire resort operates as a finely integrated team. We were never left wanting, a true luxury experience. Food options were fantastic, we stayed 5 nights and had plenty of options. Despite thoughts to explore Batam, we didn’t leave the resort (we didn’t want to miss a minute of being there!). Breakfast buffet was superb. Hinotori restaurant was the gem in the crown. Amazing modern Japanese fusion menu that rivals any Michelin meal. Special call outs to Andry and Jia at Reception, Ryan on buggy service, Hari, Wellson & Hendri at Hinotori and Bunga at Pantai Restaurant, to name just a few of the lovely people who looked after us. Panca, Akbar & Ariq also hosted a very special Private Sunset BBQ in our villa, something we’ll never forget. And the live music was fabulous! The Wellness Spa was spectacular! And we were fortunate enough to interact with snakes and iguanas on our final day. We were fortunate to experience both the 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Premier Villas. Both were breathtaking! The private pools were the centrepiece of our stay. Just magical!

Renovation of Tiigo Beach Club was running late (when we booked, it was expected that renovations would have been completed by our time of arrival) so, sadly, we missed seeing the new facilities, but this didn’t really impact our stay at all (so much else to do!). Some people have commented on maintenance. Admittedly, it’s not the newest resort but you can clearly see efforts are being made to improve the property. I’d much rather benefit from the amazing service than worry about a few loose tiles or a wall that could benefit from a lick of paint. People are the heart and soul of the place.
