The staff are very friendly. I would like to mention Deny, a waiter at AJ Brandon restaurant, whom I find especially and naturally friendly and efficient at his job. The entire hotel is clean and the food at the restaurants is delicious. Beautiful swimming pool.

The location is a little bit inconvenient because it’s not where you can just walk around to go to a mall or good restaurants. But that’s not a big problem because the hotel restaurants have good food and provide almost everything you need. Also, we got a room with a pool view and it was very loud, probably because it was too close to the highway. The many light switches were more confusing and inconvenient rather than helpful.

Great facilities and breakfast.

Communication with staff was difficult in English as an overseas visitor. When asked to book a taxi to the airport, the reception team said they'll book a Blue Bird taxi on my behalf, which costs around INR400,000, but charge me INR1,000,000. Value for money and service not great! Feel like they're scamming you. Internet speed was slow, very annoying.

A wide selection of options made for a great breakfast. The local menus in particular. The level of security is excellent. All the vehicles will be checked at the entrance of the hotel. There's a Massage SPA, saloon, Nails Spa and etc.

I like the rooms and the public facilities, such as swimming pool and fitness room. The breakfast was varied and taste good, especially the dimsums!

I was quite disappointed with the way the staff handle the check out routine. I had to wait more than 15 mins for my rooms to be checked and every time I asked further, they just asked me to wait and wait. At the end of the time, I asked to leave my contact info should there was a problem. I find it very ineffective! :(

Spacious room

Had dinner in Level 5 restaurant on the last night of my stay. Ordered fried beef udon but dish does not come with beef despite stated on menu. Ordered another dish (ebi tempura) but was delivered to other customers. Too many fundamental errors made for such a simple order.

All the room and facilities are clean and tidy, expecially the pool. Swimming pool is big enough and have spot for kids and jacuzzi.

The cleaness,the vibes,the staff,the food and the infinity pool was nice and great. Absolutly will come back to stay here and gonna be my fave hotel on Cikarang.

The waited for check in line and have to wait about one hour to get the room even already check in. Should improve it better.

Top notch hotel to a very good price, I stayed here 2 years ago and up till now it does not look a day older Spotless hotel, great pricing, breakfast and food top notch!!

The checkout takes quite a while. I was waiting for almost 15 minutes because they checked the room, and another 30 minutes for a deposit. And just to be informed that they would do a transfer because they did not have cash. The deposit was transferred after 2 hours. Hopefully they will increase the time for checking out. Cheers.
