Rooms and bathrooms are clean . The staff is friendly and price is very reasonable. Just across the road of the hotel there is a good shopping mall. 200 m away mc Donald’s restaurant is located. 1-1.5 km away you can try all the local foods in many restaurants .

The air conditions are not good enough. It’s a central AC and the second day I have to call to hotel maintenance to check and do something. Internet is not much speed and stable . Felt that hotel food and drinks are pricy compared to others.

My Family is frequent visitor to this hotel. Nice hotel, very kind staff, good swimming pool, great breakfast and the location is the best. The location is directly in front of Living Plaza Mall, we just need to walk accross the street to get there. Nice. The lounge is great with pool table and karaoke stuff available.

The only issue is that the room need to be upgraded due to it's old stuff and old wallpaper.

The room always clean. Because the room attendant cleaned it everyday. Dimas did very good job.

Restaurant was not good. 2 times order and dissapointed. To long to wait, food was not taste(i order sop buntut bakar and burger for family) nasi goreng was no taste. The WIFI in the room was really bad. Security, little bit picky. Only guest who come with car they will friendly and open the door. But 1 security was really good ,he was from the back and help me carry things. The rest during my stay was ok.

Breakfast not so tasty. The dessert cakes are quite delicious. However, they sometimes go rancid. For example, the coconut milk that came with the sweet soup was rancid and bubbly one day as shown in the attached picture. It gave me diarrhea all day and then I investigated the cause. You should smell it before eating

The pool and the bed

I confirmed to booking.com that there will be two people. In fact toileteries available only for 1 person. When I complained, they said that is their SOP and I need to call them to get the toileteries for the second people. I never experience this before. In my experience, Hotels usually give toileteries minimum for two people per room amid there will be only one person. If you want to pleased customer, you need to give extra, not make them asking for what they eligible for.

The facility a little bit old. Need upgrade

There's table and chair in the room that make working at room is comfortable enough.

If we get the west side, the room feel hot when we came after work.

Good location from my place of visit. The breakfast is one of the best with lots of varieties and Japanese dishes. The price and the facilities are the best. The staff is very helpful and proactive.

The bed seemed had become old enough and needed a change. The shower head cannot be turned and controlled. The lighting should be brighter with just few added lights will be great. Can keep some snacks and drinks in the empty fridge.

Very relaxed atmosphere.

I am alright but some may be surprised by the Muslim prayers.

Gym support from Pak Eri is excellent, he is very understanding on customer needs.

I was requested to put 200 KIDR deposit by Receptionist without clear explanation of reasoning behind. This is my 3rd stay, paid in advance for the room and never asked for deposit money before.
