From the Bell Boy to Reception and the Restaurant, all are welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The breakfast was good.

They said non smoking Floor and Room. I stayed at 701. However the Toilet / Bath had smell of Cigarette smoke. The House keeping staff also confirmed it, it was at 11.00pm. He said may be from the exhaust system. Second night the room I could smell cigarette smoke. I had switched off the AC. I did complain to the receptionist and he said that it maybe from the Central AC but it shouldn't happen as it was a Non Smoking Floor. I had a Korean visitor too. He stayed in 801. The price of Beer is too expensive.

I like the service. All of the staff I've encountered during my stay were friendly and very helpful. Whenever I stay here I look forward to the breakfast buffet 😁 i also like the little notes they put on my cappucino saucer during break fast. I appreciate the little things they do to make my stay comfortable and memorable.

The room and the breakfast have so much variety especially the Asia food. The staff is polite and friendly.

The staff calls me when I am in the room if everything is OK. I had made a wrong staying schedule and needed to stay one more night but they kindly helped me.

The part of the wall may be thin so the noise from the next room was so loud...

The hotel was nice and clean. we got upgraded to a bigger room with a nice view. the food was also nice. overall great experience.

Booked the onsen an hour in advance but when I get there an hour later the water still was not warm enough. Ended up just using the tub in the room for a hot water bath.

Friendly and efficient check in. They thought of every tiny detail in the room for maximum comfort.

The breakfast came in boxes. They explained why and apologised in advance. The alarm clock woke me up at 5.15am, it must have been set by the previous guest.

all amenities that i need is available and all staff are helpfull during i stayed there. there is a beautiful park with outdoor pool

I don't like no roof when i want to bbq outside because of rain. i would like to suggest that anykind of roof/umbrella for sit outside at park near pool

The hotel has excellent facilities when compared to the surrounding area; the rooms are spacious, and the swimming pools are particularly inspiring to families with children.
