Great hotel, great breakfast buffet - wide selection of dishes. Large bright rooms with balcony overlooking the mountains and two large swimming pools, I recommend this hotel. Very easy booking and helpful staff. We had the opportunity to meet the General Manager of the hotel and all the staff, who were at our disposal all the time. They helped us organize trips around the area - we are impressed by such friendly staff. Greetings to all the hotel staff. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in Indonesia.

Firstly, would like to commend the hotel's manager Mr Eddy, who is always smiling and happy to serve his guest. He recommended a local guide to go to Spiso-spiso Waterall, lake toba, to climb Mt Sibayak and to the hot spring. Breakfast was good, however, the food is mostly lukewarm, probably due to the cool weather in Berastagi. Room was comfortable except the TV programmes were a bit disappointing. Also, if the balcony light could be turned off in individual rooms would be good.

One male staff member in the restaurant with a persistent cough, at times coughing with his mask down around his chin, without covering his mouth or coughing into his elbow. This was near the food buffet items. One male cleaning staff member used the lobby toilet and left without washing his hands. I am confident that the manager will deal with these unhygenic practices. We found our room cold at night (no heat or AC) but on the 2nd night we got an extra blanket from housekeeping and it was good.

There is no much choices for breakfast but overall it should be ok. It will be awesome if some western foods to be added in.

We came there during raining period. We were walking towards the cottage under the rain. Propose the management could install walking path with roofing towards the cottage as they are a bit away from the main building.

The hotel and gardens are very impressive and immaculate. The staff were wonderful. Good value. The rooms are big and provided all we needed with comfortable beds.

The breakfast could be a bit more variety. And it would be sooooo cool if the pool would be a hot spring. But that's just a thought.

The grounds around the hotel are well kept with an amazing view of the vulcano Staff is incredibly friendly Edi, checked us in and offered us incredible support and informations about the surrounding areas

Breakfast coffee very bad. In a region growing some of the best coffee in the world, a 4 star hotel should make an effort to promote it.

The staff, especially the manager Mr. Adi who made our stay a great experience. Great views from the room, clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast buffet.
