Excellent service from super-friendly staff. The guesthouse ambience and surrounding compound was typical Magelan Javanese, peaceful and serene. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent but could do with a wider choice. Location was central yet secluded enough to escape the traffic noise. The clincher is its proximity to virtually every amenity like transportation and local food, including especially Candi Borobudur. Definitely recommend.

Nothing. Perfect for us. That said, no place is perfect, hence guests may ask the staff to rectify whatever minor fault that may be encountered. Rest assured that the Omah Borobudur staff will attend to it with a smile

Location- close to Temple, food stalls and market. Room 11 @ Omah was quiet, bed really comfortable & all very clean, air con strong. Meals and staff great for budget accommodation. Room service or having meals at own room was also optional. Liked hearing mosque ' call to prayer ' which you only ever hear in Moslem countries, found it soothing and meditative.

Sitting outside room was improved when comfortable lounge armchair was added. Being older traveller this was great for me. I'd recc rooms 9,8,5,6 for solo or 2s as have windows with glass in,so more light into room. Ethnic rooms 10 & 11 quiter, but also due to traditional design, darker inside. All rooms are spacious, clean and excellent for budget 2 and 3 star travellers.

Beautiful little ‘village’ close to the temple. The room was very comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was very good and the stuff very friendly.

The room was a bit dark and we could hear the noise from the street.

Central location, quiet at night (no prayers), walking distance to attractions. Very comfortable beds, good aircon. Nice dark rooms. Basic room but good value.

The Omah in Borbudur has been designed with an eye to beauty. The rooms are compact, but the woodwork, the chairs, the traditional roofs, and the dining area furniture are all beautiful. It is well located in a quiet lane, yet a short stroll from the night market. The main Borbudur complex is easily accessible.

A few vegetarian dishes on the menu would have been nice.

Very near to Borobudur Temple. The hotel has a rustic traditional village vibe. Very clean and has all the facilities you will need, including hair dryer in the room. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Breakfast is included and they even prepared our alacarte dinner. Overall very pleasant and affordable stay. Will certainly book again if back to Borobudur.

Service was good and efficient. Very polite and responsive staff. Breakfast was good.

Poor soundproofing. Also located near several mosques(?) So could hear very clearly and loudly multiple prayer broadcasts at any one time. Bring ear plugs to ensure an uninterrupted sleep.

The staff, especially Ada, was very helpful. Gave us a lot of information about transportation before we check in. We arrived late and she sent us the restaurant menu so that we can order in advance before the last order time. The location is great, just 10 minutes walk to Borobodur temple.

Our triple room was the last room at the end of the yard. The chanting from the mosque was a bit loud at around 0430 but able to fall asleep again after some times.

The Omah Borodudur was a perfect stay — the room was ideally sized with beautiful decor. The staff were very kind and helpful. This b&b is in perfect proximity to the temple as it’s not on the busy road but just a quick walk around the corner. 10/10 recommend this place for those looking for something simple and clean.

There wasn’t a lot of hot water for a shower but that is normal for Java.

Lovely architecture, nice location, staff were really kind and helpful and comfortable bungalow. There was a plug in mosquito coil and hairdryer provided.The bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Food and fresh juices were delicious.

Just one minor thing, there seemed to be a plastic mattress protector under our bottom sheet which make it a bit hot
