The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the bright lift light, which makes it easy to look at the number's button. Room service food is delicious, and many electricity sockets make it easier to charge my equipment.

The bathroom bottom door needs to be cleaned, and the bed cover needs to be tidied up more (it is ok, but it can be improved). On busy days, the parking lots might be an issue.

The staffs are very hospitable. Kind and Friendly. Restaurant service is available 24 hours for in-house guest. Breakfast service is exceptional.

Lobby and restaurant should be seperated.

The hotel is clean and amenities are good.

No too many parking spaces, but you hotel staff will valet your car for free.

I like all about this hotel: location, facility, bed, breakfast, wifi, ... . The room is not too big, but very comfort. The cafe (Fresqa) is very very nice, It offers various dishes and beverages, very tasty, with affordable prices, so that we didn't need to go out just for dinner. Another thing, the hotel applied the covid-19 protocol, especially during breakfast; my high appreciation for the manager and staff for that.

Simple and clean

Limited parking space, especially on the weekends and public holidays. The restaurant was overwhelmed and couldn't accept room service.

The location is in the center of city near to many places we are interested such as: culinary place, shopping mall, etc. Hotel amenities are good. Comfy bed and the room is clean and wide enough. Hotel staff and security staff are very friendly and helpful.

Parking lot is very limited.

Minimalist interior and comfortable room. Bed and pillows are excellent! Bunch of breakfast option, also great room service. 0 time waiting!

Just a little bit more attention to the room cleanliness such as corner spot or space under the bed and table :)
