One of the best stay we ever had! We came as a family for both business & leisure, we booked a business suite since it's a long stay. We enjoyed every moment there as the service was top notch. All staff are friendly & approachable. Despite arriving close to midnight, Front desk was very efficient during check in and we managed to go to our rooms with no issues. Business Suite is a value for money, such a huge room with 2 wardobes, 1 huge bathroom & a king bed. The hotel is connected to CSB Mall, which has LOADS of food choices & kids friendly activities. Our booking includes breakfast, and we loved their pastries so much. We would like to compliment one of the staff Mr Arief for the superb service, thankyou making the best cup of cappuccino. For our business agenda, we managed to book a meeting room, with the help of Mr Deya (apologies for the wrong spelling) he helped to coordinate the booking and everything went smoothly. The spa kinda left me hanging twice after enquiring for a slot. But probably there are swamped.

Centered in the city, very friendly staff. Good beds and exelent breakfast also for western. Would certainly come back, value for your money.

We slept at the highest floor, as I asked for. Next time better sleep some lower, on the roof are engines for airco etc. Some ceilings could have some new paint.

the property was in the perfect location with the mall next to it , there was a great connection to a well conditioned environment for eating , shopping and more .

the property was good although some noisy visitors that on every complaint to reception were stopped . Nice view , very clean and cleaned at a moments notice . They could be a bit more friendly regarding substitutions for vegetarian food though , extra sauce when your not having the eggs that are offered should be an extra charge I don’t think .

Good size of room, bed was comfortable and close to mall. Variety of food at breakfast though omelete bit salty

The elevator was too slow, the shower also very weak and the shower floor slippery, also the toilets on level 3 was bit smelly

Location was great next to mall bfast was great room needed some cleaning attention on 2nd day they didnt restok stuff like our fruit

The toilet leaked out the side so when u use toilet it came out the side next to shower, they didnt restock our fruit then charged us 400k for an extra bed after paying over 4 juta for our room (presidental suite) so the extra charges are a but much for a few hundred k better get ab extra room then the pool is open public so over crowded and not private for guest. Our room had a kitchen for cooking but no sink for dping dishes or pans or plates or cookung utensiles so kind of crazy ro pay for a nice room and cant cook actually

Congested traffic road toward the hotel during weekend.

1. Accessibility especially to the mall. 2. The price of the Executive Suite is really worth it! Still surreal that I was able to book it very cheap! Value for money guaranteed!

1. Crowded due to the holiday, but this is kinda expected. 2. Request for a late check-out wasn't granted. Bummer! 3. Rules in the usage of the swimming pool aren't strictly enforced. For example, last May 3, Tuesday at 9 am, 2 girls were allowed to swim wearing their jeans! Shocked to see it and no one from the staff did something about it.

The hotel is located just beside a shopping mall.

I think the room partition could be better as you can hear the next door guest.

The reception and bellman are most responsive. Housekeeping are good. Breakfast wide spread with good morning coffee

Carpet in the hallway on the 8th floor was ugly.
