The staff was super nice for the family, had a great time. Kfc is on the left from the hotel and a couple of minutes to the left is mc D. If you walk to the right and cross the crossing and walk over the bridge there will be a burger king. If you go outside to the right and cross the street there is a mall. The room is big and the location is great in cirebon, we had a splendid time. The staff was super nice. Would stay here again if i go to cirebon.

The airco we had problems with it even if you put in on auto it should cool down to keep the temperature but on the day that can be tricky. If you put it only on cooling it works great but for the child it was then to cold hahaha.

In the middle of Cirebon, its near to every where, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast have several option, taste should be improve.

When they have high ocupation, parking space will be a big problem. Basement parking area not easy for big cars. We arrive at 4Pm, room still not ready, maybe the last guest too lazy to leave after new years night Towel condition should be replace by a new one. We did not get face & hand towel

Room was slightly tired & the design aesthetic feels half hearted, but overall a very comfortable hotel for a night stay in Cirebon. Pool looks lovely but did not have the opportunity to use. Breakfast was decent and had a good selection of items (although some signage didn't match the food).

Towels were missing from my room, although to their credit, they did not take too long to bring one even though it was past 11pm. The rain shower was a bit difficult to figure out. Noise might be an issue if there are noisy neighbours.

The hotel charges me with a small crayon stain in the bed/blanket. But I think it is understandable.

TV options. For this class of hotel,I would like to see a smart TV where I could at least cast Netflix etc..

The staff was very responsive to my feedback. In particular, they arranged us to change a room after knowing the aircon was not working well.

Breaskfast can be improved. For example, the coffee making machine wss not working for a particular type of coffee (machiato).

Location, room, swimming pool area and breakfast It's a good idea to start no plastic bottle water in the room, maybe add a water refill center as well

Swimming must be strict, only wearing the appropriate swimming suit, should not allowed anyone wearing clothes or tshirts and pants. Unhygienic and unaesthetic.

The staffs were very helpful. The securities made sure that we got a good parking, the receptions made sure that we got the room that we wanted (high floor, double bed, mountain view). The location is very good, just bear with a bit of traffic. The breakfast was good also.

amazing breakfast, lovely pool, large rooms, all our requests were catered too, staff was attentive and great. the playroom was large and clean too.

minor improvement idea is to make the pool floats complimentary for hotel guests. can still charge visitors
