Staff are very helpful and could ensure we get a non-smoking room. BEST FEATURE: There are water dispensers with hot & cold drinking water on each floor - this really help you save money on buying water, and also very sustainable. They have separate bathroom & toilet in the rooms, which is a good idea. Room was just the perfect size. Bed is quite small but okay, and the bathroom & sink are made of semi-permanent materials, but it is maintained well and very clean. No amenities (but it's fair for it's price), so make sure you bring your own personal needs. There is a gym on the 3rd floor and it's located very centrally, near alun-alun. It's also just 15-20mnts walk to some nasi jamblang options (bu fitri, mang dul, bu nur) and 25-30mnts to all the keraton. Considering the price, this is very good value for money.

The toilet in the 1st room reeked of smoke. Fortunately, the staff quickly moved us to another room. It is such a shame some ppl can't respect hotel regulations. Suggestion to the hotel to thoroughly check the room upon check out so they can fine these inconsiderate guests. The lobby & route to the parking lots is a bit counterintuitive. Instead of having the reception on the lowest floor, the lowest floor is an empty lobby/waiting area and reception on the 2nd floor. No lift to the basement parking lot They provide toothpicks to press lift buttons in response to the pandemic. It's not sustainable and can be a hazard. I think it would be more hygienic to just put hand sanitisers inside the lift and on every floor.

with strategic location, walking distance from train station (cos i reach this town with train), walking distance to mostly point of interest. easy to find food stall and the room was very comfi with such economic price.

the lobby was on second floor, if you bring a lot of stuffs you need to stop on second floor for checking in before go to your room. may be it will give you some trouble.

It is super clean room and comfortable bed. The location is superb, right in middle of the city, plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The staff is really friendly, the small restaurant/cafe downstairs offers affordable meals and drinks.
