I love the location of the hotel. It is almost at the heart of the city. If you travel by train, the station is only five-minutes walk away. The staff is handfull especially the security officer who helped in arranging parking slots. The room is okay and clean. Breakfast is okay with good varieties of food. And the most unique one here (or at least for me) is the mustard green juice; refreshing and delicious.

There's a wedding event tooks place when I were staying there and maybe the management did not inform to the vendor to also consider other guests convenient when they took photo in the corridor in fron of the elevator which makes us can't go down.

NO WATER HEATER, THEY TRY TO FIX IT BUT IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY OTHERWISE I WILL GIVE YOU THE SCORE 10. PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORK PROPERLY WATER HEATER AIR CONDITIONING ETC.

close to train station and a street full of eateries. it’s a bit out of shopping and old town but hotel have becaks in front of hotel and a price list what each destination cost. They have a nice restaurant with outside terrace where you could lounge during the evenings.

cleanliness is of Indonesian standards and suitable for me but any westerners will think twice.

The location of Metland Hotel Cirebon near the train station and located in the center of the city. The breakfast menu serve traditional food of Cirebon. Excellent services from the staff and very helpful.

Maybe it would be better if there's a swimming pool, even the room rate will be higher.

The parking lot is not big enough

Hotel has a lot parking space, the staff are helpful and efficient, comfy bed, hotel amenities are good, breakfast is very good with wide variety of food, hotel Location.

Noise from the outside, from other guests in the corridor, and from staff room on the 6th floor beside our room (616). The hotel need to be strictly for the implementation of the health protocol in the restaurant during breakfast time, since some of the guests still don’t wear face mask. AC is leaking.

Breakfast was fine. It was a good spread.

Actually nothing. Location was decent - near to train station.

Staffs are wonderfull and helpful. Free afternoon tea was relaxing, we can enjoy while chatting with family.

The pillow are too hard, at least for us. The pillow were not suitable for elder and children.
