The location was ideal, especially with respect to the Werdhi Budaya Centre, where the month-long annual Bali Arts Festival was taking place (within walking distance through narrow alleys). The grounds were green and pleasant to walk around. The buildings and our room were spacious and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Naomi at the reception. There is a computer repair shop nearby where I could check out my laptop that was not charging properly. A provisions store is nearby to stock up the fridge with juices, milk, fruits, etc.

Breakfast was meager with limited options for vegetarians. The in-suite kitchen that we used only to boil hot water was not sufficiently stocked with utensils. It could do with at least a microwave oven to reheat leftover food from outside.

Hotel was really nice, loved that the room had a kitchen and could cook. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you walk out more than 100 meters then the area is actually really nice with markets. The staff was amazing and really helpful.

There was nothing i didn’t like, just could have done with few more kitchen utensils like a bowl or a pot. There isn’t that much eating places near but you can still cook for yourself or go little bit further so still no problem.

Pool is gorgeous, just like in photos. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Area is kept clean and tidy. You have your own kitchen and staff can provide kitchenware. WiFi isn’t great, but I had no issues working and having calls with it.

The main issue we had is that there’s no noise insulation, you can hear everything that is happening in the pool area, and there’re almost always some guests late at night and early in the morning. So, not a great place for a light sleeper. I guess adding some rubber strips to entrance door would resolve the issue. Practically all of bedsheets have stains on them. They must be either bleached or renewed. There’re lots of mosquitoes, so get a repellent. Location isn’t great, but can’t complain as you get what you choose.

The property is beautiful and the beds are very comfy. I got a good sleep and relaxed.

Could have vegetarian options in breakfast for people from India or those who can't/don't eat non-veg. But it is manageable, staff customised a sandwich for our 1st breakfast and on the second day we had garlic bread. I want to say thank you for doing that and for future if there can be more veg options that would be great 👍

The breakfast was very nice, but I found the food options to be limited for the amount of time we booked to stay. The bed was the best bed I have ever slept in and wish I had one of my own. I liked the staff, they were very accomodating and friendly and did their best to cater for our every need, thank you.

The location. There were no restaurants where we could walk to to get something different to eat. Everything we had to do, we had to get a taxi which landed up costing us a lot of money in the end.

Property was large and spacious. Room had internal kitchen and nice bathroom. Shower was excellent. Pool was great and relaxing. Not so many options to eat out as a bit out of town center. However with a motorbike you can go to restaurants in vicinity.

Breakfast was just average and no eating area. Had to eat in the room. PowerPoint and light by the bed would be a plus.

Clean & big room. We only stayed for two nights but we thought it was good value for money. Nice staff.

The breakfast was really bad, we got the chefs special and unfortunately it was inedible. However there are different things on the menu such as fried rice etc so maybe try something like that. Another bad thing is that there is no water refill station- which seems a bit strange, every hotel we’ve been to there was somewhere that you could refill your water for free, considering you should avoid brushing your teeth with tap water it seems a bit shame that there is no water available. There was only two very very small bottles of water left for us on arrival and the rest that was in the fridge you had to buy, bit of a let down 🙁

The hotel grounds are really nice, we stayed in the apartments and they were great. You have a little courtyard in each apartment with a cooker, fridge and kettle as well as coffee and tea. This leads to another door to the bedroom which has excellent air conditioning. The only drawback we found was the lack of hot water, so quick showers are needed! The pool area is quite small but clean and well maintained. We ordered the chefs special breakfast which was very good. This hotel represents excellent value for money and was much better than expected. Well done.

The property is about 10 mins away from the closest supermarket and around 15 mins away from an ATM. The area is non-tourist so the restaurants mainly serve Indonesian food.

The villa we booked was huge, each rooms had its own bathtub, huge toilets, big enough swimming pool. The staff was very kind to make us drinks while we waited for them to prepare the villa as we made a last minute urgent booking. The breakfast we had in our villa was delicious too.

Lots of mosquitoes, need to improve on that part only. We managed to buy the mosquito spray and finished 2 bottles of it to chase away all of the mosquitoes.

The inner yard with the pool, so so beautiful. It was so quite and relaxing, away from all that noise from the streets.

Although the room itself and the bathroom was nice, I felt that kitchen was rather outdated. Strangely, there was no bedside lamps. (Surely, I could have asked) but didn’t bother, since was there for a few nights only. The room said “terrace” which I found silly to be even called one. Tiny, with a cement wall all around. Not sure what’s the point of having one.
