We stayed in a beautiful and spacious triple room. Our balcony with pool view was a really great and perfect for relaxing. We loved the location.But note it's definitely a good idea to have your own transportation, as it's not right in the center.

The hotel doesn't have a kitchen. You can order food through the hotel, but it's mostly Western options like McDonald's and pizza. Some guests might appreciate that, but we would have liked to see more local food options. Minor detail for early birds: there’s no kettle in the room, so you can’t make your own coffee or tea in the morning. You can get free coffee or tea after 7 am though. Other than that; it's a really great place.

The location is very quiet; off the road somewhat and away from shops. Ideal for those "hermit" moments. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bar fridge was well stocked.

There was no free bottled water in the bathroom for cleaning teeth.

The feeling was very relaxed, great ambience and atmosphere to chill out. Loved the lay out of the facility with all the tropical vegetation and pool area. The cabana for massages was lovely and the masseuse’s are highly recommended.

The takeaway menu was not very good. Margot’s restaurant food was awful the pasta was all gluggy and stuck together and tasteless. The prawn salad had mainly lettuce, one little cherry tomato and 2 small prawns. Our entree also cold. We really think they should rethink their takeaway menu as we had a lot of good food elsewhere.

Very tastefully gardened, and lovely interiors. Fantastic service! Audrey, the manageress is amazingly helpful. She booked us a taxi trip to 3 beaches and a fish market. She helped us with ferry bookings to Nusa and Gili islands and suggested good places to see along the way to create our itinerary for our first time in Bali. She found us the perfect rental scooter with room for our 7kg packs and a phone holder for navigating. I’d highly recommend this wee boutique hotel!

Hotel is a perfect place for people who look for a quiet area because if you want to go Sanur centre where all the shops and restaurants are, you need to take a taxi. The staff helped us with arranging that and the price was just fine. It is a very relaxing place with a pool which is cleaned regularly. My wife had a Balinese relaxing massage and said it was the best massage she had in Bali (it was our last day before going back home). Breakfast is served on your terrace which is nice.

Sparkling clean, comfortable bed and room, lovely pool, great massage, excellent staff, well-managed by owner. Good value. For active people, the beachside walkway extends to the port and beyond, although it is not shaded. Motorbike rentals are available at the hotel, which allows for access to the tourist part of Sanur.

Absolutely no complaints. The nearby beach is frequented by Balinese who come to make offerings. It is interesting to observe from a respectful distance. The biodegradable matter comes in and out with the tides. Read the owner's very accurate description.

Nice swimming pool and area to relax, if you have the right room (I had the worst one as far as placement on the lot is) it is a wonderfull place. Rooms at the ground floor where I stayed are a bit fresher I guess, room on first floor seem great with nice balcony view. Very spacious , clean and bright rooms. All in all a great place if you just want to relax a bit not to far from the airport or Sanur Harbour.

Not a lot to do near the hotel, if you want to do something best to take a grab or make the nice walk to sanur center (wich will take more than one hour). Great place to relax though

we booked a room for 3 people in this hotel for our first night in Bali without any expectations because we were taking the boat early the next morning to Nusa Penida and the port of Sanur is not very far from the hotel. What a surprise to discover welcoming staff, a very comfortable and clean room as well as a very pleasant swimming pool in this heat! Possibility of dining on the terrace of our room, the breakfast was fabulous, we had the fruit platter. We would have liked to spend more time in this place. Without knowing it at the time of booking, the manager is French just like us, we highly recommend! thank you again Amélie, Marine and Nolwenn

We stayed for just one night, but the experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what we needed after a long day. Everything was well maintained, and we truly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere. A short stay, but a very positive one — we have nothing negative to say. Highly recommended!

The shower was great, plenty of pressure and quick-to-react thermostat, something that seems difficult to deliver in Bali based on past experience. Very friendly staff, quick to arrange scooter and our laundry at fair prices. Good French toast and crêpe for breakfast! Asks the owners for tips about activities!

Trivial perhaps however we frowned when learning that drinking water wasn’t complementary. This is a first in our years of traveling to countries where the tap water isn’t (always) safe for us. Didn’t really understand this.
