Excellent location just few minutes walk from Sanur ferry port. The swimming pool is a good to have. The owner/ and manager is super nice. I like the softness/ firmness of the bed. The room is big and the built in multi- adapter sockets is very nice. I would recommend this place in Sanur.

The toilet does not do a very good job in flushing what its suppose to flush if you know what I mean.

So close to the harbour you can walk there in the morning to catch your ferry Super quiet as it is a bit hidden behind the street We arrived so late because of our flight, 2:30am and someone was here to welcome us. Huge thank you!

Location is perfect if you take ferry next day. Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean.

For me it was complicated because I arrived from ferry and stayed here, next day to airport it was very difficult to take Grab (online taxi) because they are not permitted in harbour so you take local taxi, which I understand but they don’t take credit card. Also, no night life or restaurants around, at night very lonely and you have to talk to parking owner so they don’t charge entrance because property is inside harbour.

As mentioned by others , very handy to the port for transfer to the islands. Very basic but ok for a night . Friendly staff

Maybe a miscommunication here , but I was told before arriving that they had our boat tickets, and on the morning of departure they didn't and said the next one wouldn't go for a few hours , we walked over to the port and purchased our own to get on the early boat!

The accommodation was in a very good location near the harbor, so it was very convenient for us because we were going to the Nusa Penida the next day. The staff arranged for us the pick up at the airport on the day of arrival and the speed boat for the next day. They were very helpful. We also have a wonderful breakfast full of fresh fruit. The rooms are worth the price. The rooms are spacious, air-condition is a little a bit loud, but working properly. The bathroom is simple, I missed any racks there. The bed was comfortable. Good accommodation for a good price for one one-night stay if you plan to go to the Nusa Penida the next day.

We stayed here as we were getting a fast boat the following day. The staff were amazing, and the pool area is lovely and very clean.

Huge room with good size bathroom too. The bed was comfy, the air con good, wifi good and everything was clean. The lady working reception when we arrived was lovely and she cooks a delicious breakfast waffle! The pool looked very inviting but we didn't use it. The location is good - over the road from the sea and just 5 minutes walk to the port.

There was no water dispenser for us to refill our bottles. The bathroom door was warped and didn't shut properly. Ray was very friendly to my boyfriend but totally ignored me. When we left Ray eagerly asked him to write a review. Sorry Ray, I'm the one who books the rooms and writes the reviews. Not the hotel's fault but the majority of other guests had screaming children and had left their toys strewn all over the place by the pool. Thankfully they were quiet at night.

It was super close to the port , literally 3/5 minutes which it was what we needed to get an early ferry to Nusa Penida.

Unfortunately we stayed in this hotel only for one day. We booked the luxury villa, which actually was an amazing hut. It was very spacious ( bigger than my flat back home...), clean and very quiet.During the night, you could hear only some tropical birds giving you a jungle sense while laying down in a big comfy bed with a super strong A/C. Also, it was bug free. The guy in the reception, i think, was the owner, who was very polite, and he was always there to help you. If you are planning to go to the islands around , book tickets with them. It was cheaper from all the other places( around 200k per couple).
