Staff were amazing - lovely, friendly and very helpful. Always asking if you're ok or need anything. Room big and a very comfy bed. Slight drain smell when first walk in but kind of passes. Good air-conditioning. Tv wasn't free but not an issue or not missed, not in room much. Refillable drinking water stations. Lovely pool and sunloungers. Breakfast was nice enough, not a huge selection but something to choose from in each category. Asked what kind of egg you'd like cooked fresh. Was also able to have my fruit to takeaway in a box as I was short of time to leave for a day trip booked through the hotel reception. The back massage in the onsite spa was amazing and very relaxing! Finally, Beautiful shower toiletries too, for someone who is sensitive to all the chemical store products and doesn't normally use hotel toiletries - theirs wasn't that for sure , it was lovely and natural including the mozzie spray! The oils too on reception and in the spa were absolutely gorgeous and divine! The water fountains from around the pool too were really peaceful when sat by the pool or on your balcony. It drowns out the noise from the busy busy road.

It was a little too far out from the main part of sanur if you wanted a bit more option of restaurants and cafes and entertainment closer by in the evening. Hence the free bicycles to cycle the beach path into sanur (which I didn't use). Also a free shuttle twice a day to the centre.... but traffic is mental, cycling probably a better option. However, there a few lovely places still along the left side of the seafront close to this hotel. Especially the italian restaurant 'capri'. Amazing food and staff at capri.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with a big big bed. Two swimming pools. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful buffet breakfast overlooking the pool. Lovely jungle-like leafy garden.Recommended.

This is a hotel that tries very hard to please its guests - and succeeds. There are theme nights in the restaurant. They spray against mosquitoes. The breakfast is very good and leisurely - a mix of western and Indonesian dishes. The rooms are large and spacious. The location is great - a short walk to the beach and the ferry port. There is a spa with reasonable prices, often booked out so be sure to book ahead. There are two swimming pools, one with a large fountain that causes spray. There is a busy road outside but it is not noticeable. There’s a KFC across the road and a Dunkin’ Donuts next door which we found handy for jet lag moments and also to navigate by.

It's a nice, peaceful place where you're left to your own devices. The pool is refreshing and nice and deep, although it's not big compared to other options in the area. There are two pools, but I don't think many would choose the one near the entrance. Access to the beach is through the back, but they close this in the evening, so you need to walk around to the front. The place has more than enough of that lovely Bali green vibe, and it's really close to the harbor, so it's an easy choice if you're planning on going across to Penida. We were able to negotiate a late check out fee, which helped as our flight was late in the day so we would've otherwise been stranded. They also provide bikes to get around faster, but I couldn't vouch for the quality as we preferred to walk into town. (oh the shuttle to the Mall goes out at 10am, 3pm)

The wear and tear of the place, coupled with the dirty pool cushions gives the hotel a bit of a run down appearance, and it certainly felt a bit cheeky comparing the prices for food, cocktails and spa services against nearly every available option a short walk from the venue. We weren't inspired to stay in and enjoy their facilities purely because of value. The staff let themselves into our room to make our bed, but didn't replace any of the coffee, tea or water. (There's a water tower in the reception that you can refill yourself though.)

The location was great and was very quiet even though it's on a major road. It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 3km from the main shopping/entertainment area of Sanur. The resort provided a free shuttle service to and from this area 4 times a day which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were great and in good cosy locations. The one we used was right next to the restaurant and so could order a drink or food and they would bring it to you poolside. The room was very large and was well laid out. The bed was very large but too firm for our liking but we still managed to get a decent night sleep. The breakfast was nice with a decent selection.

This place is a little hidden gem. Traditional style Balinese bungalows, our family stayed in a spacious two bedroom loft style villa. It was private & quiet considering how close you are to a busy street. The staff here are all very friendly & helpful. The gardens are stunning & our kids enjoyed the choice of the two beautiful pools. The restaurant overlooks the pool & provided a breakfast buffet. Only a short walk to the beach & warungs. We only stayed here for 2 nights to be close to the port for Lembongan, transport was included. A highlight was one evening being entertained by traditional dancers.

If I had to fault one thing it would be the mosquitoes during the night. Perhaps an update on the double bed net & the upstairs twin beds needed them.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The gardeners to the management staff are all great. Nothing is too much trouble eg Mini organised a late checkout for us till 6pm as we had a flight at 11.55pm. This was great as we were able to have a swim and use the facilities and go refreshed to the airport. Thank you.

I love the traditional architecture but the hotel is a bit tired and could do with a little upgrading. Some are little things that don’t cost much, but would improve it. For example: The baths need to have bath mats as they are very slippery and high to get in and out from. There needs to be improved placing of power points as they are not where they are helpful eg. In the area where the mirror is in the Deluxe Rooms, there is no power point to plug in hair dryer etc. The lighting needs to be improved there too, so I can see to put make up on there to free up the bathroom. The fridges could be bigger as ours kept freezing up and we had drinks and milk freeze. Loved the ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room.

Beautiful place that feels very serene and each villa is quite private. The two pools are excellent. It was really nice walking around the place. My room was also good. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was wonderful. Robes were included too which was a nice touch.

I had to wait more than 30mins to be able to go to my room after checking in despite it being ready. It was a busy period and there was one guy showing people to their rooms but other guests were able to push in front of me to go to their rooms first.

From the moment we arrived at reception we knew we were going to like this hotel. The people of Bali are all lovely but the welcome here was extra warm and friendly. Compared to other hotels we'd stayed in the room was huge and well equipped. Having access to filtered water throughout the stay is a bonus. The property is bigger than I thought but it never felt like a big, impersonal resort as it is all spread out in separate, small buildings. It rained for most of our stay but the staff were always on hand with umbrellas and we did get chance to swim in one of the pools, which was lovely. The grounds were very well kept and provided a beautiful, tranquil location. The spa was well priced for a hotel (around $10 for a 30 minute massage) and the service fantastic.

There wasn't much to dislike but a couple of annoying things, such as the shower didn't have the option to raise it to a position where you could stand under it so it had to be held the whole time. Our room was near the front of the property, so there was some noise from the main road but not enough to cause any issues. The hotel food was average and while there were some eating options and shops nearby, the main centre of Sanur is about a 30 minute walk away (the hotel provides a free shuttle twice a day) or 5 - 10 minutes in a taxi. It's very near the harbour for boat trips to other islands though. None of the bad outweighs the good and it's a wonderful hotel that I'd be happy to stay at again!

we had the deluxe superior room (No 102) with a big terrace which we like very much as it is towards the back of the complex. unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours. they argued in mandarin all night till 2am+ in the morning which is not the hotels fault of course. It needs block out curtains as I‘m sensitive with the light from outside. Try to cover my eyes to have a good night sleep .. would improve 👍 .. just my suggestion
