Hotel is new, clean, spacious. Staff was very helpful and caring. Great breakfast selection with so many delicious options.

There is ongoing constructions in the territory of the hotel from morning hours until 10 pm daily (including the weekends), it was quite loud and disturbing. This is also nowhere mentioned on the hotel booking website. Room wifi was very poor. Laundry service - pricy and we received still dirty clothes after washing. Adult swimming pool - the rules of adult swimming pool were not enforced, lots of people were bringing babies and small children; some parents even were changing diapers on the swimming pool site. Also hotel does not offer day trips to various sites in Bali with driver.

Night light in room entrance didn’t turn off, fitness classes were only for beginners, building construction which is understandable and day spa experience was not complete as spa not finished. One more restaurant would have been nice as the lobby bar was not inviting. More greenery in lobby and rooftop would have created a more lush vibe and encouraged more time to be spent enjoying the beautiful architecture in this space.

I absolutely loved my stay. The rooms were luxurious, comfortable, spacious and the perfect place to work, enjoy and reset. The bed was so comfortable and the attention to detail appreciated. The food was beautiful and the buffet breakfast impressive. The pool was great and the location was beautiful and convenient. The staff were all so lovely and accomodating. The only issue I had was with the wifi dropping out constantly on my computer (this is likely due to a personal computer setting) but they did not stop to help resolve this, so I cannot fault. I’ll be back!

The in house laundry can absolutely be more affordable. The price (although I agreed to it due to time constraints) was really ridiculous and unnecessarily expensive. I had 1 shirt, a few pairs of undies, 2 baby dresses and a tote bag and it was $35 AUD.

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite with Garden View on the ground floor providing me access to a private garden as well as a well planned outdoor seating area. The TVs had access to a range of streaming services which was great. The inclusive breakfast was great with a range of options however due to a lack of cooling it could be rather hot. Overall, would recommend to any one head to Bali who wants more of a quit vibe, but still wants access to a range of shops and markets.

Sometimes house keeping would knock and wake you up even if u had do not disturb on which was sometimes annoying, however, they were always very apologetic and would quickly replace water and new towels if requested which was great.

The room on the ground floor have a nice balcony but lack privacy, if you spend a lot of time in your room it’s a problem (when the vegetation will grow it will be less of a problem). Soundproofing is really bad, you can hear everything in the corridor and people walking on the upper floors. Gym equipment is cheap and doesn’t match with the level of the hotel. Beach sucks. Overall beautifully designed hotel that looks 5 stars but doesn’t FEEL 5 stars on every aspects but it’s really fairly priced for the beauty of the place.

High standard of 5 star resort. Spacious, clean room, friendly & polite staffs, good breakfast with wide food varieties. Staffs are quick in responding to our quest. Each room has walk in wardrobe & dressing table, good gym & swimming pools, plenty of complementary activities, free bike rentals etc

Room & Rosa restaurant lights too dark at night. Shower head very rigid, cannot move up & down, overhead rainwater device has insufficient water supply & takes long time to rinse off shampoo & shower gel.

Plesant stay at The Meru. The room was incrdibly spacious, clean perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Bali. What stood out the most was the lush garden a peaceful charm to the whole atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had al lot of options.. Walkable distance to nice places to eat by the beach..

Getting there is a bit of a hassle , only one entry point having to pass through a specific area to reach the hotel. Just be prepared d for some extra time getting in and out.

We stayed in a premier suite. A quality room! Bed was super comfortable and we were able to order additional foam pillows. Being a fairly new resort all of the amenities look like the pictures. It was not too busy during our stay (Early April). Right on the beach - a great spot to watch the Sanur Sunrise. The spa is still temporary based in hotel rooms, as they construct the day spa. We were told the Resort Pool was adults only and signs indicate this but this was not something we experienced during our stay.

The service was excellent, my hubby was unwell and they took special care of him with porridge and in room breakfast when he was unwell. We really appreciated the gesture. Room is wonderful, super comfortable with a great bed and bath tub. My hubby l0ved the toto toilet seat too. Thanks to the wonderful care of the staff. Highly recommended. My room was at the farthest end of the property, they arranged for buggy to bring us to the convention centre and lobby. AYU MY AMBASSADOR, THANK YOU!!!

Loved everything

The room facilities had everything you could possibly need, spacious and clean…loved the automatic toilet and the magnified makeup mirror. Huge selection from the breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff, 2 massive pools and right on the beach. Very impressive entry to the hotels.

We did not like the pillows, they became very flat and hard once you lay on them . The service at Arunika restaurant was a bit slow for drinks.
