Well kept, quiet hotel. Large rooms and friendly staff.

It is a shame that there is no onsite restaurant or bar. Being able to order food and drinks around the pool would have been lovely. There are plenty of options nearby, but sometimes you just wanted to stay put.

The room was spacious and very clean. The garden was beautifully maintained and full of tropical plants. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. There were also bike rental shops close by, and we rode along the beach every day. There's even a sea turtle conservation center nearby, which we enjoyed visiting daily.

The only downside was that the room door didn’t seal completely, and the balcony was connected to the neighboring room with only a screen in between. Unfortunately, when our neighbors smoked on their balcony, the smoke would drift into our room. We had to endure secondhand smoke for several days, even while sleeping, which was quite unpleasant.

The location was perfect, just a minute walk from the beach with many cafes and restaurants to choose from.. also The Icon shopping centre is only 3 minutes along the Esplanade... there is a warung directly opposite the hotel that serves fabulous meals and cheap drinks... and it closes at 9pm, so does not disturb the guests.. The pool was very clean and the rooms were spacious and well kept. Sindu night market is 4 minutes away, for very cheap meals and souvenirs..

My only concern was there was no net across the lovely very big front window of the room, meaning that unless you closed the full curtain, everybody could see straight into the room, and the bed was only 1 metre from the window.... my room was in a high traffic area of the hotel and I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time..🫤

We were very happy with the hotel's location as it's only a couple of minutes to the beach, warungs, and many other eating places. Our room was large with a big bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Staff came in to spray and turn down the beds during the evening. We were at the hotel for Nepyi Day, and we were catered for by a local restaurant. The food was delivered to our room and for very little cost. We found all the staff to be very polite and helpful. The pool was always sparkling clean and there are plenty of sun lounges, both by the pool or upstairs. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a small quiet place to stay.

delightful and all the staffs from the cleaners to the reception were exactly what I would hope for and were not disappointed- location is excellent, 200 mtres from the beach and great restaurants. Anyone who complains will be nitpicking boring entitled morons and stay somewhere else as you’d spoil it for others - Prices very fair, stayed in place twice the price and maybe about the same but I don’t see much point paying Australian prices in Bali, especially if you consider the difference in overheads. Amazing friendly honest staff, location (close to beach) across the road from sports bar, pool area, security. Accidental left $100 on my bed went out, room was cleaned money was still there hen I returned, was reported to front desk money was left in room. Was extremely thankful for their honesty, even tipped room cleaners to say thank you. Would love to come back to Aquarius

We've stayed at Aquarius 3 times now. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Facilities are very clean. Is about 2 kilometres from the fast boat terminal. And 200m from Sanur beach.

Aquarius never disappoints. The rooms are fabulous: clean, spacious airy and perfectly appointed. The bathroom is excellent. Best of all is the quality of the service. The staff are so calm, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We were very grateful for their assistance in booking the EkaJaya fast ferry to Lombok. We have stayed at Aquarius before and can't wait to stay there again.. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nothing at all

Breakfast was lovely at their restaurant Luhtus, choice of American or Indonesian daily. Pool was very clean, as was the property Rooms are nice and large Reception staff allowed me to borrow iron, ironing board, scissors, very accommodating

Kettle, tea and coffee were perched on top of the small fridge and really needed to be in a more accessible position given the size of the room Very lumpy pillows

The rooms are huge and very comfortable and clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much. Breakfast was at Luhtus which is right on the beach and is fantastic. To top it off, the location is great, right where we wanted to be

Only that the balcony faces west and gets hot in late afternoon but that was only a complaint because I like sitting outside my room.
