It was very central. The runs were really spacious bed was so comfortable. It was a lovely place to stay! The place was spotless the breakfast so good. It has a lovely relaxed feel to it, with seating outside the rooms also to relax. I would def come back

The water pressure was quite low for a shower & could have done with a new shower head. This is really the only thing I could say negative everything else was great!

The rooms and bed were spacious and clean. There was cold air conditioning and a bathtub. Nice pool but a little warm. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of light coming into the room from outside and hard to sleep. There are a lot of stairs if you have an upstairs room. (Fortunately I was able to change to a downstairs one).

The staff were all fantastic,polite and friendly and happy,breakfast was good,the place was clean and you could see they made an effort. Restaurant downstairs ,convenience store next door ,good walking distance to most things. The staff went out of their way to resolve my only real complaint and when l mentioned about the lights outside my room being left on most of the night they made sure they were turned off at a reasonable hour. There was also room service if requested. They also arranged transport to the airport and made sure l wasn’t going to be overcharged by the driver,so l was happy to give him extra. I would definitely go again and stay.

I didn’t like that light just poured into my room at night through vents on top of the windows and doors,this was fixed within minutes of me saying I wasn’t happy,there was mould in the bathroom but that’s not unusual seeing it the tropics, rain went onto the veranda tiles and they were extremely slippery. The place needs quite a few repairs but you could see that things were being seen to in Bali time and just some other cosmetic touch up needed. I wasn’t overly impressed with the noise coming from a venue close by at times .

Lovely swimming pool and garden. The room and bathroom were both large. The bed was big and very comfortable. American Breakfast offered was very tasty and sufficient. Excellent value for money .

Probably the only downside for us being an older couple was there are alot of stairs, also the reception desk when you check in could do with a touch up as it probably doesn't give the message of how nice it is to stay there. No fault of the worker. Who is very efficient and friendly.

Convenient location.. close to beach. Restaurants.. Gardens and Pool area were beautiful place to chill. Staff were very helpful in anything I needed to know.

I stayed 4 times in between my trips to Ubud and islands. A friend was with me for 2 of the stays. It is value for money accommodation (incl b/f, which was basic but enough). The location is great. On the main road, close to numerous shops, restaurants and a few mins walk to the beach. Opposite the icon mall. A short taxi ride to Sanur Harbour. The rooms are basic but comfortable. All look similar inside. Bathrooms had plenty of amenities. There was a small pool, with loungers. Towels were provided. Wifi coverage was strong. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, kind, and considerate. Let me store my luggage in btwn my trips to elsewhere.

The shower in twin rooms did not stay up properly, and water splashed everywhere if you left it on the wall. Could only use as a hand shower. Mosquitos in 2 of the rooms (the twin rooms) - I did solve this by buying a mosquito repellent plug from the local supermarket (approx 22k to 25k idr) which worked really well. My friend fell near the reception area on one of the days and cut her knee (quite a deep cut). There was no first aid kit available at reception to clean up the wound and cover up the cut with a plaster.

Mesmerising and local flora which offers a 'jungle couture' to this family-friendly guest house. Extremely good and perfect location for the Sanur area. Literally, in front of Icon Bali Sanur. The staff is all-round and extremely good and flexible in meeting your needs about your checking-in and out. They let me use a room as a storage and the swimming pool after checking out. The facilities around the swimming pool are pretty basic but doable. The outdoor shower needs a head but is perfect for showering once checked out. Additionally, the pool is open until 9 pm and showering after sunset is enjoyable and relaxing. However, the pool can be tight and small once you have more than 4 people in it and the cleanliness is oftentimes lacking. Bath/pool towel's availability is also a big issue. Almost impossible to find a clean one in the morning and they become available after 3 pm when they are coming back from the laundry. The room is an acceptable size for a couple in a 1/2 weeks holiday. There were a lot of families with toddlers and kids which could be an annoyance for some. The breakfast was basic but good for the cost of the whole (less than AUD$ 80 for 2 nights).

We stayed at Swastika for 6 nights, and it was the staff who truly made our experience exceptional. They were humble, kind, and always smiling. The receptionist, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, was one of the most respectful we’ve ever encountered. Komang also treated us with such kindness that we will never forget them. Our room was spacious, with perfectly functioning air conditioning, making our stay comfortable overall. We appreciated the daily service, including two bottles of water, and the breakfast was good. The pool area was fantastic, with easy access both from the ground floor and upstairs near reception. The hotel is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the Sindhu Night Market, which offers an amazing selection of cheap and delicious food. The best warung, Mbok Luh, is on the next street, and the beach is a 5-minute walk through Icon Bali or a 12-minute walk around. Overall, great value for money.

The only downside was the noise from other guests. We didn’t mind the music from the bar, as it only played for one night and always ended early. In fact, we couldn’t hear the bar patrons or traffic at all. However, like many places in Bali, the tiled foyer causes noise to echo, making voices seem louder than usual. Unfortunately, some people don’t show consideration for others when entering the common areas.

Our room was quite large, it had a fridge and we also had a balcony overlooking the pool. Our room was serviced every day and 2 bottles of fresh water were supplied each day. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good each morning. The gardens and pool area was very nice to relax in.

We saw a few mice running around one evening.
