Brilliant location on the main road but slightly set back to not cause noise issues. Friendly staff who were happy to do anything. Good facilities within the hotel 2 separate pools aswell as pool and games area. Short walk to the monkey forest and lovely bars and restaurants. We also did the cooking class which the hotel put on at additional price which was lovely. Easy to do later check out for our later flight. Breakfast menu changed throughout the week

Super picky there were 1 or 2 tiles missing around the pool but didn’t cause any issues

The room was extremely nice. Staff was extremely friendly. Location was pretty good in busy Ubud. The room itself was quiet and had no noise pollution from outside. Breakfast was pretty nice specially the cooked breakfast.

Every day after the room being cleaned all lights and Aircon were left on. Why such a waste of energy in such a fancy sustainable hotel? Also, the hotel is a bit of a maze and was easy to get lost. Better signaling could help.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the main street but very quiet and private. The breakfast was great and very substantial but additional options each morning. There was even the bonus of an included afternoon high tea each day on the rooftop.

There was nothing to not like about this hotel.

So central to everything, shops, restaurants, markets. Very clean hotel. We asked for a pool view room which was lovely to sit on the verandah having a wine before we went out to eat. I asked for a different pillow and it was there in our room before the evening. Breakfast was a choice of getting your own or a cooked breakfast from a menu or both. The pool area was neat and tidy with a choice of 2 pools and u didn’t miss out on a deck chair. The staff were very friendly and accomodating couldn’t ask for anything more. Overall lovely hotel and recommend if you want to be in the heart of everything.

Location is excellent, with the ubud water palace within water distance and also able to walk to the Sacred Monkey Forest. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes all within walking distance as well.

It was in the middle of Ubud so very convenient location but felt miles away in the forest once inside

Music from bars can be heard but all cuts off at reasonable time at night

Hotel is located at the centre of Ubud, walking distance to both Monkey Forrest and Ubud Palace. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is served near the swimming pool. There are complimentary afternoon tea. Hotel room is also very spacious. There are seperate bath and shower area. Perfect place to stay in Bali. I probably will book the same hotel on next visit.
