Everything was really clean and modern, great breakfast options and great staff. I had a great stay, wish I had stayed longer.

I didn’t know it was so nearby the clubs, so at night it was a bit loud sometimes. Besides that everything was wonderful, would recommend.

Absolutely highly recommended this hotel. All Staff are fantastic. We were always greeted with the biggest and heartful welcoming. A BIG SHOUT TO Front reception Zenita she was so lovely and helpful and also Mr Security man, he made sure you felt very safe and nothing was a hassle. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. Food so fresh and delicious. We can not fault this hotel and we look forward to coming back. Keep up the excellent service and thank you all for making our holiday very special. Also thank you for accomadating my request to have our Room together. In which was a excellent suprise to find they are a connecting room. Thank you all again

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seminyak, within walking distance of the beach, Seminyak Village, Seminyak Square, the Flea Market, and Jalan Kayu Aya, which is lined with numerous restaurants and bars. We truly appreciated the exceptional service, especially from the security guards who helped us bring out our scooter out of the basement due to the steep inclined basement parking

There are some areas that need improvement, such as the maintenance of the pool and the toilet water, which contains sand and clogs the shower head. However, when we reported the clogged shower head, they responded quickly

The location is perfect. It is central to the shopping centre & the beach is a 3 minute walk .. the staff go out of their way to go above & beyond to make your stay worth while .. I wasn’t feeling good one night & couldn’t sleep so I went down to the restaurant, 4-5am they was setting up for breakfast the kind Waitress ( who I don’t realise was pregnant) sat me down & let me stay for hours getting me honey & lemon & always checked up on me . & I will not forget that. Rooms are nice and clean . Beds are comfy & pillows .. Room has everything you need. Cleaned daily & fresh towels .

The pool doesn’t get the sun. As it’s not open but that was my only dislike

We arrived at 2am due to a late flight and they couldn’t have been more helpful on arrival, quick and easy check in. Great communication across booking.com chat also. Really nice hotel, we didn’t use the pool but it looked as the pictures. Room had everything we needed and was close to amenities.

Nothing they can do about it but we were in a room which was on the side of the bars which had music playing until early hours. Unfortunately we needed to be up at 5am so it wasn’t great for us personally, but if you would be out and about until late it wouldn’t be an issue, the song choices being played were great.

Location was great, form outside the hotel, turn one direction to beach and turn the other direction to the centre of town, both areas within 5 mins walk, very easy! We had a great room overlooking a beautiful pool area, such a calming and relaxing environment we booked an extra night. Breakfast was not for us but room service was fabulous Overall two very happy guest :-)

Nothing bad about our stay here. We left totally content, a big thanks to all the staff for making us very welcome and to the young man who made my husband very happy, his own words, one of the best long island ice tea's I've had :-)

Location is very central to markets, restaurants and nightlife. The room (honeymoon suite) lived up to its name, however there were a few leeks we had to deal with during the rainy days of our stay. Breakfast had a wide range and varied each day. Staff and hospitality were amazing.

roof leaks, shower head hadn't been cleaned in what looked to be awhile The closeness to the clubs didn't really bother us but music could be heard through wall due to its proximity

We stayed in family room in the roof top. The room size is very large with 2 king beds and 2 toilets to enable houising for more 5 adults in single room.. It has sofa and microwaves too. The best part, it near Mexicola, a hype mexican live music cafe and also walking distance to seminyak mall.

We came to check in at 4 in the afternoon but our room still not ready. Unfortunately, the previous customer extend their stay without notifying us, so when we arrived, the room was not ready, and we had to wait even though we already came late for the checking time. Also, the loud music from the cafe next door very distruptive during the night but luckily the music was 90's and enjoyable.

Love the property closer to the beach and shopping mall. My beach view room I enjoyed every evening with the music next door. Next year if I come to Bali I will be staying in this hotel again if the price is reasonable. If you are music lover you can go to dance, next door every night.

During my stay I have not encountered any unpleasant environment. Every minute of my stay I enjoyed.

Location was amazing, super friendly staff and the breakfast was good; we had fruit and drink before going into our day. Nice little pool area too, and the beds were super comfy!

The pool hours should be regulated (ie pool area closed at xx) - some noisy drunk girls were in there at 1am one night! Luckily someone in another room yelled at them and they left. Also, our door handle was slightly broken so we had to take extra care simply closing and opening it. Also, shower head was just the rain one, so if you weren’t washing your hair you had to have your head / neck at a weird angle.
