Small hotel, very nice relaxed vibe, mostly older Europeans when I stayed. Large room, excellent pool, great location opposite new mall & beach access. Served set breakfast a nice change.

Entrance/lobby no longer used, current downstairs lobby & bar could be updated & made to be more inviting. Could do with a few updates, bathroom tired but clean. Restaurant too pricey when so many options elsewhere & on the beach so never saw people eating there.

As other reviewers have said, an amazingly peaceful spot for being just off a busy main road. Beautiful gardens and pool. My room was enormous, with the biggest bed I've ever seen. Super handy to the hustle and bustle of the Sanur shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely staff and no hassle, not even a mention, of using their preferred drivers or tours etc (in contrast to other small size hotels I've stayed in in Bali), which was great because we already have a fabulous driver. People complaining about old bathrooms, drain smells (which are caused by us tourists, basically), insects, and pool water not being cold enough (hello, this is due to the warmth of the day?!) should stick to expensive international resort chains, if authenticity and nature is not for you.

The layout of the property is probably its best feature since the rooms are located around a beautiful swimming pool in the shaded garden. The style and size of the pool provides a cooling down spot for everyone. It is also adjacent to the restaurant which makes ordering refreshments very convenient. This hotel is on the busy road and in the shopping hub and a short walk onto the seashore. But it is set far back on the very lush property. Once you enter this highly tranquil garden setting you are completely removed from the activities surrounding it. The staff are very attentive and response time for food and beverage allocation is rapid. The owner is friendly and engaging. After travelling around other parts of Indonesia and returning to Sanur to prepare for our return flight, we went back to Tamukami to spend the last few hours in Sanur before our departure. We were welcomed back without a room reservation and offered shower and dressing facilities free of charge. This is what makes in personable. The on-site massage room is also a huge plus and the staff who administer the massages are truly competent. The hotel rooms are very spacious with effective air conditioning. The bathrooms are also huge, with large walk-in shower as well as a large bathtub. The patios of the rooms are also covered and surrounded by vegetation. I will return to this establishment on my next Bali trip.

Great staff, Great breakfast, lovely beds, clean and comfortable, pool clean and really really nice stay was had.

Only downside was water pressure very low and shower head quite high so hard to reach fir short folks like me!!

Location, lots of restaurants, good coffee in every cafe and restaurant. Plenty of Taxis, shopping nearby, beach close 300m if you can Walk through existing properties, some will allow to do, some not, otherwise a long walk via road. Breakfast was good, pool very good, hotel set back from the road so fairly quiet. All in all a very comfortable hotel good value for money

internet some times slow sometimes cuts out.

Great location, just opposite the new shopping centre , short walk through to the beach. Large room, furniture dark wood Balinese style, large bed. Good value for money, only stayed one night so didn't get chance to use the pool. Breakfast good. Friendly staff. Room was ready earlier than check in time.

Room fittings & furnishings a bit dated, obviously an older hotel.

Beautiful surroundings, felt secluded & safe as a solo traveler. Short walk into town, slightly longer to beach but very doable. Pool is lovely & well maintained, rooms are large & aircon works well. Staff are lovely & happy to help arrange activities. Looking forward to coming back.

Shower pressure could have been better, but overall very happy & will stay again.

Nice pool, breakfast was classic. Across the road from the recently opened shopping complex, nice vibe at the beach area, 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet to stay as just off the main road. Not far from the Turtle conservation centre. Plenty of restaurants along the beach.

the pool it was so clean and fresh and fresh towels were always provided daily and water a perfect touch, comfy beds but the wifi wasn't the best but that's ok, it's good to switch off, perfect location near to icon Bali where I was able to change my phone send the power cut happened, take a torch if you stay here and a battery pack form phone (just in case) it was a first for them but I hear lots of powercuts have happened recently, good to be prepared, i would go back in a heartbeat.

My room on the first floor was very spacious with a huge bed. The pool area was lovely set in tropical gardens with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. Good to have glass bottled water X2 replenished daily. The bathroom included a bath, which would be handy if you were travelling with a small child. The location is close to the beach, shopping and eateries. Friendly, helpful staff.

One of the ceiling lights was flickering and buzzing. The shower head needed replacing or cleaning as water flow was not good, and the unexpected, occasional screeching noise from the shower was disconcerting.
