Agus the villa manager met us at the property, he was extremely, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable...Nothing was too much for him... The villa met our expectations, it was roomy, very clean, 19 litre water provided and was replaced twice while we were there. The kitchen, fridge etc were perfect, allowing us to eat in if we wanted. Breakfast was not included but we had the kitchen... Initially our driver had difficultly finding the location, but once we were orientated to location it was very easy to get around... we were about 400 metres from main road in Sanur, and about 700 metres from Kanang Beach ... The villa pool was more than adequate for the 3 of us. Agus and his associate kept the villa very clean, again they were both so helpful and friendly

Only one small problem, there are 2 units next to each other, if the occupants next door were noisy it was abit annoying. We mentioned this to Agus he said if it happened again he would speak to the other occupants...We were very gareful that Agus was prepared to assist us with this small matter.

A very nice place with a private swimming pool. Two very nice rooms. Nearby many great places to eat.like Lilla Warung. The beach is also great. We stayed with three people in the villa.

Really clean, tidy and nicely designed apartment. One large bedroom downstairs and 2 good size rooms upstairs. Though the living area is not large we didnt spend much time there for it to be an issue. The pool was nice, the villa was comfortable, and host was very friendly. It was close to shopping and restaurants in Sanur and not too far from the beach, maybe 20 minutes walk.

Too much light came into the rooms as curtains were set out from the wall. The upstairs bedroom has a window with no curtains and a street light lit up the room making it a little difficult to sleep.

Location close to the beach, reataurants, warungs, bars etc. The sundeck on the roof to chill, very nice indoor pool, comfortable beds and a nice big shower.

Very hard to find, we arrived after midnight and even our driver had to speak to the person who waited for us, for instructions. No tea or coffee supplied in the kitchen. No tv in the bedroom.

Beautiful compact villa, whilst there is no garden its pool was unique & a step off from the living room. Very clean, comfortable & quiet. It’s in an excellent location.

There was no tea or coffee provided, a few sachets of each would help on initial arrival. Garage parking was tight, a car bigger than an Avanza would struggle to use garage. We got ours in eventually. There is no street parking as the villa is down a gang.

The location was excellent..5 minutes walk to main street. Quiet no traffic sounds. Great little warungs nearby. Your own private pool. Well lit laneway to villa. Clean well kept villa. Well fitted out kitchen and a great water dispenser... both chilled and hot water, hot enough to make a cup of tea!! I would book again

Poor soundproofing between villas, but if you can hear them, they can hear you! It is situated down a gangway that is a little difficult to access by vehicle.

Everything was lovely and clean. Nice easy walk to shops, especially the coffee shop, which we loved, the closeness if everything was great. However the night before we arrived, There was a heavy downpour, so the upstairs bedroom was unusable. I was really glad we didnt need it, even though we'd paid for it. Also, something was running around eating any food we left out on the table - even though my biscuits were in a sealed packet. something got in and ate it. The staff said probably a mouse. So be careful!!

Well appointed, comfortable and clean. The pool was very well maintained and right in the centre of the villa.

The couch next to the pool was not very comfortable. The toiletries for the shower were minimal and badly labeled so we were unsure what they were for. There was a lot of building activity in the tiny street with noise starting very early some mornings. The villa was poorly labelled and the street poorly lit - difficult to find on arrival.

The location was great… we arrived very late at night and it was a little hard to find , but staff were waiting . Once it was light we got our bearings, close to main drag but far enough to nice and quiet .

An extra key to main door would have been great as we were couples, but we never asked if that was possible. Basic coffee or tea provisions would have been great after our long journey and late arrival .
