This is a lovely, friendly small hotel. Our room wasn't huge but was good value for money. We have stayed here twice before departing to Nusa Lembongan and would stay again. The included breakfast isn't a buffet but has enough options for all tastes and we'll cooked. Whilst we were there they were renovating their restaurant. This wasn't an issue at all as breakfast was served either by the pool or on our porch. We weren't disturbed by any building noise either. The gardens are lovely and the pool was a perfect temperature. We enjoyed chatting with other guests and the staff as everyone is so friendly. The location is fabulous. Right next to a couple of great restaurants (Rib and Mona Lisa) and a short walk to the beach. They also have a menu you can order from during the day. Pizzas, pasta, nasi and Mie goreng, milkshakes plus more. Extremely well priced and quality food.

Building work happening at front that caused some noise and dust. Bathrooms could do with modifying or thorough clean.

We had a fabulous stay at the Puri Sading. The staff made the stay extra special. They greeted everyone like family and the service was outstanding. Lovely old style Balinese hotel in a fabulous location surrounded by fantastic restaurants and a short 10 minute walk to the beach through Icon Mall. I don’t often stay in the same place twice but I’m booked in again next year.

Small things really like the bath towels are old but functional and some cracked pool tiles. Only reason I didn’t give a 10.

Breakfast was simple but adequate for my needs. Staff are really excellent and hotel has a good layout and ambience. Seems to attract an older and quieter clientele which is mostly retired /elderly Aussie couples.This makes for a safe environment for females travelling alone as well. Location is magic and everything you will need is in close proximity such as supermarkets, restaurants , pharmacies and money changers. Our first time at Puri Sading but we’ll be back for sure.

Everything was at an acceptable standard for the price paid.

- As many others have commented, the staff was very very friendly and helpful. A big thank you especially to Ari, who not only answered our many questions before and during our stay, but also helped us organize a driver for trips outside of Sanur. Another staff member tried to help us figure out where to get gluten free bread. And everybody, in general, was very nice. - The new, refurbished restaurant is still not open, but good, economical food is still available, to have in your room or around the pool. Purified water was readily available all day. - For breakfast, we could choose among American, continental or Indonesian breakfast. Fresh fruit, eggs, toast, croissants, pancakes, fried rice were among the options. - The hotel is close to many restaurants and to the Icon shopping center. - The hotel has a generator! there was a long black-out all over Bali one day and we kept our lights and our air conditioning. - There is a cabinet full of books in English and other languages for guests to read and borrow.

- we knew that there would be a 10-minute walk to the beach, but we had not realized how uncomfortable it would be under the sun. It's a shame that we couldn't walk straight to the beach through the resort in front of the Puri Sading (we tried it once, and security staff checked on where we were going). - as somebody else noticed, often there were not enough sand beds and umbrellas around the pool for people wanting to use them. - the air conditioning was directed right to the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable - the shower could have used with a strong clean to take away the mold (also on the shower curtain)

The rooms very rather spacious and nice with a large balcony. Small hotel in the middle of Sanur on the main street, beautiful buildings and nice pool! Restaurant is currently under construction, so breakfast and food is served at tables by the pool. We had booked for 2 nights and need up extending our stay to 5.

Our room had a strange smell but my sister's room smelled totally fine, it actually smelled good.

The room was very clean, comfortable and a good size. The bathroom was very clean, the water from the shower was contained so that the whole area didn't get wet. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and just the right temperature.

The pillows were quite hard and heavy. But everything else was perfect

Great location. Pool was inviting and great for kids. Rooms were clean, well maintained and large. Overall fantastic stay with no complaints.

Rooms vary in size and style for the same booking type. But staff were very accommodating and helpfull with any needs.

Great location. Quiet. The staff friendly & polite. My request for ground floor garden room was granted. Lovely neat & manicured garden. Good bed & great shower with plenty of pressure & hot water. Breakfast menu good choice of American, Continental or Indonesian Ari & Ayu very helpful.

It was all good. A chair in the room would be handy but not a real problem! The furniture looking a little tired. Breakfast area a bit haphazard presently but a lovely new area at front with coffee bar & restaurant soon to open 😀

Wonderful, helpful staff, great location just a short walk thru Icon (that mall is an eyesore - how was it allowed to be built right on the beach?!?) to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very clean & well equipped. Pool area (good sun all day) has plenty of loungers (clean) & is well maintained. Building of new restaurant area still in progress but it's not too noisy & is being enclosed in July apparently. Storage area where you can leave excess luggage. I loved my stay here.
