The front office Ayu and housekeeping Sandita and his team were patient with heart warming smiles, going out of their way to communicate and to help. Many thanks to all the staff! Excellent location: walking distance for restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, spas and the Sanur Beach. Plus points: Spacious and bright. Good floor layout. Sufficient kitchen utensils and furniture. Cool air conditioning and comfortable beds. For a two starred accommodation, I stayed on the 1st floor terrace house for 6 nights, was more than good; in terms of cleanliness, comfort and value for money.

Please kindly rectify these for my next stay in December this year: I could not use any of the nonstick frying pans as they were badly scratched. The kitchen tap sprayed sideways. The bathroom basin mixed tap was often too hot as the cold water running at very low pressure; feeding insufficient cold water to balance the flow with the hot water. Please attend to black mould which was seen at the back-seal of the bathroom basin. The drying rack brackets were broken and could not stand up properly.

Loved all the room and resort facilities. Terrace House has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. All products updated daily and rooms cleaned to perfection. Size of room, really an apartment, was huge and included a separate dining/lounge area, kitchen and even had a washing machine in the large bathroom! Staff were very friendly, attentive to any and all requests and were very professional. The largest pool I've ever experienced in such a boutique accommodation in Bali and the price is outstanding for what you get at the Sayang Sanur Terrace House. Great central location within close walking distance to restaurants, convenience shops and beach. Entry down a lovely bamboo covered driveway away from any noise from the main road and also had an exit via the back of resort to the quiet backstreets. Stayed for 14 nights and could happily have stayed for much longer.

The property is lovely. Its location in middle Sanur is excellent, even though it is on the main street, it is so quiet. There is a great variety of restaurants nearby. It was the extras that impressed us such as mozzie coils & insect spray, fish food for the fish in the pond & the water dispenser. The big bonus was two air-conditioners, one in the lounge area & the other in the bedroom. We will stay here again, so comfortable.

This is affordable accommodation in a great location of Sanur. It is set back off the main street and was very peaceful during the day, and night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We liked that there was a washing machine in the Terrace House Apartment, and the apartment was very spacious. Th location was excellent because we could walk out the driveway and be in the middle of restaurants, cafes, shops and massage spas. It was only 10min walk to the beach, or to Icon Bali Mall. There is an on-site cafe so you can dine there for breakfast, lunch, sacks or drinks by the pool.

There wasn't much we didn't like about Sayang Sanur, it was perfect for out 10 day stay. The only recommendations I would put forward would be to have cushions on the pool side loungers, and for cafe staff to maybe go around to guests sitting at the pool and ask if they would like any food or drinks, every now and again. I think you would get a bit more business that way. But it's also easy enough to ask at the cafe for any food or drinks to have at the pool. A more powerful hairdryer in the apartment would be awesome and perhaps tea and coffee supplied for a day or two.

Our beautiful clean rooms had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Kitchen, washing machine, balcony, huge bedroom and lounge room, bath tub, hot and cold filtered water on tap. The staff were absolutely exceptional especially Sandii who had the biggest smile and lovely calm and helpful way. The reception staff were super helpful with our early bag drop off, the pool was divine and the resort is central to everything. Close to the beach, restaurants and warungs and yet quiet and peaceful off the main street. Can’t recommend enough

Fantastic central location, yet very quiet. Very well appointed, spacious apartment. As full-time travellers, it actually felt like a proper home for a month, with fully equipped kitchen, various seating options, private washing machine etc. with the luxury of daily servicing if we chose. Lovely pool & well equipped gym. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Every request was handled extremely quickly.

The only thing I would change would be the hand held over-bath shower (we were in upstairs apartment, not sure if ground floor apartments are the same), but I was aware of this situation before booking & opted to compromise as the property ticked every other box for us. Onsite restaurant menu is very limited and only open until 4pm each day. Didn't worry us, but worth considering if important to you. Almost infinite choice of great restaurants surround the resort.

the location and staff are excellent here. This was my second stay and I love the place. The villa I stayed was on the first floor and was huge, really great place to stay. And the property not only has a swimming pool but a small gym and a little restaurant on site.

We spent two nights at Sayang Sanur and really enjoyed our stay. The property is set back from the main road, so it’s pleasantly quiet. The beach and a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance. The apartments are spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The pool and garden are very well maintained and perfect for relaxing. Depending on traffic, the airport is about 30 to 60 minutes away. You could easily stay here for a longer period if you're looking for a peaceful base. We would definitely come back.

We loved Sayang resort because it was so clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were all lovely and friendly - particularly Ayu and Sandi. Our upstairs 1 bedroom with twin beds apartment was so spacious. Having a small kitchen and a large fridge, washing machine and a full water cooler was incredible. The air conditioning worked very well. The apartment was serviced daily which was very nice. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach path and close to lots of warungs, a small supermarket was just around the corner and it was also very quiet and we slept really well. The pool was beautiful and long enough to do laps - the water was quite warm but that’s to be expected in Bali - all pools and the sea are very warm. We highly recommend Sayang and will be back.

Nothing - it was perfect.

The room was everything you needed, clean and comfortable. We even had our own koi fish pond that we could feed. The pool area was fantastic, we spent a lot of time relaxing around it. The resort had a long driveway so not close to the road, you couldn't hear the noise from the road at all. The location was great, everything was within walking distance and there was a lane way across the road that took you to the beach. Close to lots of shops and restaurants and there was a supermarket 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was amazing and food was a great price, we didn't have to go looking for somewhere else to eat. Staff were always very helpful, friendly and happy. Overall a great place to stay, this was our first time to Bali. We will definitely stay here again
