It was the 2nd we stayed in this hotel. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. They clean our rooms every day - spotless & super clean. The food is amazing. We often order lunch and dinner at the hotel. The owners are super nice - they bought a cake for my husband's birthday. It was such an amazing surprise for us. High-recommended place to stay. Wonderful people and good value for money.

It was a cute but different location but this was not an issue for the taxi driver. The place was smaller that the other villas we stayed at but at the same time it was cosy and well presented. The hosts made a point of making us feel totally welcomed which is typical of the culture in Bali. The breakfast was great although this was taken outdoors and we were greeted by some of the other residents such as mosquitos but this was not a huge problem. Going to the ICON Bali mall in the evening was perhaps the highlight of the visit as the place came to life in the evenings. Kids loved it

A bigger fridge

If you are looking for a stay in Sanur and this place is available, do not hesitate to book it, as it's really popular, and that with good reason. The owners were easy to communicate with online from the moment we booked it, also helping us to arrange a pickup from Denpasar. We were met with the greatest hospitality upon arrival (and throughout our stay). This is a small family owned business, and the people behind it are wonderful and very lovely.. They are easy to chat with, very warm and helpful if you have any questions or just for some chitchat. The place itself consists of six rooms, a lush green poolarea (it's maybe three steps from your terrace) with a couple of sunloungers. This makes it an intimate experience where you can be on firstname basis with the owners. The rooms are comfortable, with a spacious shower, and they have been redecorated since the pictures on booking were taken. The placement is great. You have both the main street and the beach with all the facilities just a short walk away. It's situated on a calm sidestreet, with several good warungs nearby. You get a breakfastmenu where the next day it's delivered to you on the doorstep. You can also order a selection of soft juices etc from them. There is also the option to order lunch/dinner and from a set menu, cheap and tasty! We also used their laundryservice, very convenient. Book this place for the great location, the nice amenities, but first and foremost for the lovely family that runs it, you will struggle to find more genuine people.

This was our first stay in Bali and we immediately felt welcomed. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the overall value was excellent. The pool and breakfast were both wonderful, and the hosts were extremely helpful, always answering our questions quickly and kindly. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach or the main street, where you’ll find plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and massage places. Overall, it was a lovely stay that helped us settle into the local rhythm after a long flight.

We had an exceptional stay here. The owners and staff were so welcoming and concerned for our comfort and enjoyable to talk with. We appreciated the advice to watch the temple procession. Our room was wonderfully clean and with air con and refrigerator. We especially enjoyed our private patio space nestled in the flowers and trees where we could sit and read and eat our included breakfast. The swimming pool was wonderful to cool off during the heat of the day. We were treated like family. Excellent location for us, close to the beach and many restaurants.

Cening Ayu is my go-to in Sanur. I'm a returning guest & was welcomed back like family. Warm & wonderful staff...ever helpful & smiling. Spotlessly clean rooms, very comfortable, all facilities (air con, fridge, wifi) worked well. Great breakfast delivered to your terrace at a time to suit you. Quiet location away from Sanur's main drag with its traffic & restaurants/bars noise & music. Easy walk to everything. This place is a gem although my review is a little reluctant as I don't want it to be booked out next time I want to stay! 🤣

Nothing. Why book anywhere else?

We arrived while after the property was closed – and the manager came and let us in and was very accommodating. We had to leave early the next morning before the property open – but the place is really clean. The rooms were really nice. The pool was nice and I would have been happy had we stayed longer. The manager when he let us in also recommended a place for us to have dinner late at night. It was about a 10 to 12 minute walk, but it was perfectly fine, safe and comfortable.

We loved the location, nice a d quiet.A totally different exper ience to what we usually have, staying I a small homestay. Will deffjnately do it again. The staff are friendly and cook up a good breakfast. Thank you all once again.

The only thing I can think of is a PowerPoint nearTV for phones etc.

Breakfast was delicious and very good value. We had dinner in one night and that was delicious too and exceptional value. The owners and staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. We’d stay again.

Wonderful and service minded staff! We stayed for 3 weeks and we never felt anything other than totally royalties! The room were very clean and the pool was perfect! We love this place and Nyoman with his beautiful wife and super friendly staff are so genuine! See you next year!!
