The location is great in the middle of everything, rooms are basic but clean, roomy and bed is comfortable, easy to get a sunbeds around the pool, which is a perfect temperature. Also no issue with own food and drink around pool. Gardens are really lovely and gardening and cleaning staff really need a pat on the back. Often they get forgotten but they do a brilliant job here.

The internet is a disaster! It desperately needs an upgrade, we had the TV fixed but couldn't use it as internet do bad. Also TV was capable of netflix etc but not signed up, would be a huge draw card.

Everything about the place was excellent except the wifi. Wifi could only be accessed outside the room, and even then, it was very intermittent. The staff was always helpful and kept the place very clean. The location is great, very close to the supermarkets, restaurants, and the walkway to the beach.

Wifi was bad.

The rooms were better than expected and better than the pictures show. Don’t be put off by the terrible photography and the green/orange. It was modern, clean and fabulous air con. High quality comfortable bed and bedding. Fridge in room, constant hot water in high pressure shower. TV with Netflix etc. Free water given daily and a paid mini bar. Very clean and well tended pool (some of the tiles are old but this is just Western perfection). High quality sun loungers with padded mattresses and lots of parasols. The staff were friendly and pool towels were given.

The fixed breakfast which was only an English breakfast, 3 pancakes or Nasi Gorang. I simply wanted French toast but not even possible and my son wanted just eggs on toast and despite the breakfast coming with eggs and toast it was not possible to alter any of it . Lots of wasted food !! The breakfast juice was horrendous - artificial processed juice. I’d rather pay extra for fresh juice.

Stayed in the New section(Deluxe),was absolute heaven. Large clean room,comfortable bed with sofa.Large walkin shower. Set a little enclave off the main road so the noise is dampend. Plenty of storage space and cute little table & chairs on the balcony. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definatly stay here again. Rented a push bike for the whole day from them,good quality & price.Tv mostly indonesian,but hey I didn't come to Bali to watch TV. Pool is a nice size although warm because it sits in the sun all day. Wish I'd booked longer. Value for money? YES! Location? Yes, just across the street to the road that leads to Kerang Beach. Breakfast for a reasonable € if you booked without.

Small things which I brought to their attention, like a soap dispenser by the sink (it's outside the bathroom) so you have to get soap from the dispenser in the Shower. Bidet function built into the toilet can dispense HOT water,so let it run on LOW for awhile 1st. But all in all there was'nt anything I did'nt like. Adaptability is key to make or break your holiday.

This smallish resort is very reasonably priced and good value for money. The pool and gardens are well cared for and attractive. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. The resort is close to a wide range of restaurants and convenience stores and just a short walk to the seafront.

A few very minor things: breakfast was good, but lacked variety; the pool lounges were rather uncomfortable; and there was no hot water in the hand basin for shaving.

We've stayed many times and it has changed over the years. We were put into the older, downstairs rooms which are still pretty good. Pool is good. Staff are good. Hot water is excellent. There's a fridge and a kettle and its a nice, not too long walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants around and handy to most things.

Not really anything to complain about. It's older and showing its age a bit but great value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I booked the newer rooms and was on the top floor overlooking the pool. The room was clean and very comfortable with good quality sheets. It’s extremely quiet I could not hear a thing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are pretty with frangipani and bougainvillea. The location is amazing. Everything you could ever need or want is right there and only a very short walk to the beachfront. I had a late flight and they stored my bags and allowed me to use the facilities right up to when I had to leave for the airport which was hugely appreciated. I will be back.

The staff are ultra friendly and helpful. Balinese family owned, who are on site which makes a great difference. Great location in the heart of Sanur, five minute walk to the beach. Traditional Bali style hotel, clean, great value, nice pool. Good breakfast but limited menu. No real food options at hotel, but not a problem as restaurants everywhere.

With the new Icon shopping centre traffic has dramatically.increased (has become similar to Kuta ) but that is not a fault of the hotel

Love this Property last year so booked 5 rooms for our family. Only issue was two rooms aircons had problems, one didnt work and room was musty room 1 and room 11 aircon issues. Staff were accomadating with this and moved rooms. Location is excellent. Very nice property. Great pool for small children as well.

Location is perfect for shopping and connecting to the beach. Room service with small menu good for ordering in with children. Staff were very helpful and stored some luggage for us for our return. Would reccomend these Bungalows as nice and quiet with great Balinese atmosphere.

Great size room was excellent value for money. Large spacious bathroom. Really comfortable bed. Nice size pool. Fast and efficient laundry service Complimentary water daily.

No hand soap in bathroom. Pool had a lot of chlorine in and was extremely warm water.
