The location is great in the middle of everything, rooms are basic but clean, roomy and bed is comfortable, easy to get a sunbeds around the pool, which is a perfect temperature. Also no issue with own food and drink around pool. Gardens are really lovely and gardening and cleaning staff really need a pat on the back. Often they get forgotten but they do a brilliant job here.

The internet is a disaster! It desperately needs an upgrade, we had the TV fixed but couldn't use it as internet do bad. Also TV was capable of netflix etc but not signed up, would be a huge draw card.

Everything about the place was excellent except the wifi. Wifi could only be accessed outside the room, and even then, it was very intermittent. The staff was always helpful and kept the place very clean. The location is great, very close to the supermarkets, restaurants, and the walkway to the beach.

Stayed in the New section(Deluxe),was absolute heaven. Large clean room,comfortable bed with sofa.Large walkin shower. Set a little enclave off the main road so the noise is dampend. Plenty of storage space and cute little table & chairs on the balcony. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definatly stay here again. Rented a push bike for the whole day from them,good quality & price.Tv mostly indonesian,but hey I didn't come to Bali to watch TV. Pool is a nice size although warm because it sits in the sun all day. Wish I'd booked longer. Value for money? YES! Location? Yes, just across the street to the road that leads to Kerang Beach. Breakfast for a reasonable € if you booked without.

Small things which I brought to their attention, like a soap dispenser by the sink (it's outside the bathroom) so you have to get soap from the dispenser in the Shower. Bidet function built into the toilet can dispense HOT water,so let it run on LOW for awhile 1st. But all in all there was'nt anything I did'nt like. Adaptability is key to make or break your holiday.

Great size room was excellent value for money. Large spacious bathroom. Really comfortable bed. Nice size pool. Fast and efficient laundry service Complimentary water daily.

No hand soap in bathroom. Pool had a lot of chlorine in and was extremely warm water.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I booked the newer rooms and was on the top floor overlooking the pool. The room was clean and very comfortable with good quality sheets. It’s extremely quiet I could not hear a thing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are pretty with frangipani and bougainvillea. The location is amazing. Everything you could ever need or want is right there and only a very short walk to the beachfront. I had a late flight and they stored my bags and allowed me to use the facilities right up to when I had to leave for the airport which was hugely appreciated. I will be back.

Love this Property last year so booked 5 rooms for our family. Only issue was two rooms aircons had problems, one didnt work and room was musty room 1 and room 11 aircon issues. Staff were accomadating with this and moved rooms. Location is excellent. Very nice property. Great pool for small children as well.

Location is perfect for shopping and connecting to the beach. Room service with small menu good for ordering in with children. Staff were very helpful and stored some luggage for us for our return. Would reccomend these Bungalows as nice and quiet with great Balinese atmosphere.

The staff are ultra friendly and helpful. Balinese family owned, who are on site which makes a great difference. Great location in the heart of Sanur, five minute walk to the beach. Traditional Bali style hotel, clean, great value, nice pool. Good breakfast but limited menu. No real food options at hotel, but not a problem as restaurants everywhere.

With the new Icon shopping centre traffic has dramatically.increased (has become similar to Kuta ) but that is not a fault of the hotel

The location is excellent and the staff were responsive to requests. It is clean and comfortable and you get what you pay for - it’s definitely a budget hotel. However, it was perfect for our stay since we were only in our room to sleep and shower.

The bathroom - water would go all over the floor after a shower, soaking everything. The towels were old and gray. There was only a thin shelf for storing toiletries - a stand up shelf in the corner would’ve been useful to store toiletries so they don’t get soaked by the shower.

Terrific accommodation and perfect location to stay in Sanur at a reasonable price. Right in the middle of the main street (Jalan Tamblingan) running parallel to the beach strip. Restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, beauticians and miscellaneous shopping is in abundance. The impressive new 'Bali Icon' shopping centre is also only 5 mins walk down the street! We stayed in a corner balcony room #201, with a beautiful view of the sky, gardens and crystal clean swimming pool. Staff are beautiful, warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean with an excellent hot water shower, comfy bed and great aircon. Large fridge a bonus. Certain aspects are a little dated but at this price point you can't expect more! Overall we would stay again and very much recommend.

Unfortunately the WiFi is very poor and almost inaccessible inside your room. This was a general consensus in speaking with fellow patrons. The wifi was better in the public areas but still slow. Management is aware of the issue which seems long-standing given past reviews but not yet addressed. Attention is seriously needed to upgrade service and install more routers for room access to remain competitive and encourage return customers. One other small detail is the bedside lamp switches are over one metre away from the bed so you need to get out of bed to turn them off 🫣.

What a find!! A lovely oasis in a central area. Off the main street a few metres. My room was at the front of the hotel (room 1) but still only a very faint hum of traffic. Certainly not intrusive! Staff were lovely and friendly. Large room. Good sized patio with table and 2 chairs. Bathroom good size. Shower great pressure and plenty of hot water. Very clean. Bed firm but comfortable. I did buy a pillow at Arta Sedana as I like a firm pillow. There were 4 pillows on the bed. Just not to my preference. Aircon good but I didn't really use it much. Breakfast was very good, I had the Indonesian option, and served in the small restaurant by the pool. Lovely outlook. Pool area lovely. Sunbeds and umbrellas were good. Pool is warm but not like pea soup warm. Still refreshing. 4 min walk to Arta Sedana supermarket which has everything you could need. I've stayed in various hotels here but never repeated. This will be my go to hotel everytime now. FYI a kettle is provided but it is full of scale. I take my own anyway but if you take a scourer to clean theirs you'll be fine.
