the room was right by the pool. it was clean and spacious and in the perfect spot. the staff were friendly and the place is a little oasis . it is quiet , yet just set back from the busy road. 5 minutes from restaurants and shops etc. we loved the pool as we had it to ourselves most of the time.

the breakfast was a bit boring. but for the price it was ok. some guests said that they preferred to eat out despite paying for it beforehand. cereals seem to be a rarity in Bali, but banana pancakes are abundant.

Small property. Great pool. Easy to get around from.

Room needs updating. Bathroom needs a good overhaul. Linen requires replacing very grey and worn. Fridge kept freezing, advised staff but nothing done to fix. Fridge probably needs replacing. No power point on bench for use by kettle.

The air con worked fantastically well & the pool was crystal clear and clean. In a hot humid climate like Bali, getting these two things right helps make the holiday a big success. The bed was very comfortable, clean soft towels on a daily basis if needed, the room price was great & the location of the hotel was perfect.... very near the restaurant strip & the beach.

The included breakfast could have been bigger, though some options were adequate. The eating area could be upgraded and made more comfortable, including fans.

Great location and quiet considering it's location to the main road. Professional staff and service. Lovely pool and well kept grounds. Good breakfast, although it could be improved with a real coffee not just instant. Fresh juice would be better too. They let me check in a little early which was a great help as I had to check out of my other hotel at 12pm. Nice to have cats in residence.

Air con and fridge were a bit noisy at night. Bed was a bit hard for my liking but it was huge. Room is a bit dark not a lot of natural light but it was spacious and had everything I needed.

Nice little hotel with friendly staff. Loved the location with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. Everything is in walking distance. Ten minute walk to the beach.

Realistically, there are a few things that could’ve been better: room 101 takes a while before you have hot water in the shower, but hey, it’s Bali. So what? Some people obviously complain about the limited breakfast…but it’s freshly made and if you’re still hungry or need something different, there are plenty of options nearby that aren’t expensive.

Location on main road perfect. Lots of great food around. Able to walk to beach path. Lovely gardens and pool area. Small and tranquil.

The property is lovely and well run. Did have an issue with water pressure/supply to taps - which was managed quickly by maintenance team. Understanding its wet season and the water supply/ drainage in Sanur is a problem in general not the hotels ability to fix. For those who notice the live music from nearby bar - we could hear it but didn’t effect sleep or TV viewing and we were in a room close by. Not an issue for us.

The host, Gus Darma, was wonderful - really helpful and kind. Breakfasts were good and it was in a good location being just off the main street, close to shopping and lovely cafes.

It was difficult finding the hot water when showering - I ended up having cold showers most of the time which wasn't too bad because the weather was so warm. Under the bed wasn't very clean but everything else was ok.

Great location. Reception friendly and organised for our arrival. Good breakfast, plenty of options. Nice pool area.

Our particular room was dark and cramped. However, we had a look around, and there were only 2 rooms that were like that. The rest were more open and spacious. We would stay here again, but not in that particular room. The daily cleaning in the room was below average.

Great location close to many restaurants and shops and to the little path that goes through to the beach. It was quiet at night which was great. Air-conditioning worked very well. Pool and gardens are attractive with some traditional architecture rooms (as well as a modern block of rooms which is where i stayed). Room was large and a bit basic but clean enough. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Really, it is everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would stay at Nesa Sanur again.

The Coffee! Ha ha. But that's okay because was very nice to walk along the street and try different coffee places.

I stayed at Nesa Sanur for one night before continuing my travels, and it was a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere even though it’s close to the main street. The pool area looked lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my short stay. For a quick stopover, it was just what I needed—quiet, convenient, and good value. Would definitely consider staying again if I’m back in Sanur.
