Great room & bathroom. Shower was exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic

All sunbeds full but mostly because of selfish people putting their towels on sunbeds to ‘reserve’ them. We didn’t get in the pool because of that!

The foyer is stunning the water waterfall and koi fish. Wow Surrounding gardens made it feel like you were in a balinese rainforest, so peaceful. But walkout onto the laneway and you are only 15m from cafes,shops and restaurants. Turn the opposite way and you are 30m from beach and boardwalk. Great for a walk or bike ride Rooms are a great size and immaculately clean. Staff 👌❤️

Close to the beach , shops and restaurants. Small friendly hotel built in Balinese style. Value for money.

Rooms need some updating. Need to replace the baths with walk in showers. Have stayed here quite a few times and although we can see some small improvements a lot more needs to be done. Many of the pool towels need replacing , holes in them. Also room towels need replacing , more grey than the white they should be .

Very nice hotel with pleasant staff. Nice room overlooking the pool area but nice and quiet. Curtains dark and room was very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was nice and all meals we had there were tasty and affordable.

Only problem we had was with other guests hogging the seats by the pool and leaving their belongings on them when not in use. Would be good if hotel employees moved towels from chairs not being used so everyone could have a fair share. Pool was good.

Room was spacious and had everything, hotel is older with lovely gardens and a real faded charm vibe. The pool was lovely and the staff were happy for us to hang out there for a couple of hours until we were ready to leave for the airport. The water in the room is refilled sealed glass bottles rather than plastic, which is a great low waste option.

It was an older property but I didn’t really mind at all. There isn’t a lift to the 1st and 2nd floor rooms which is fine for me but might be difficult for some people.

Beautiful gardens, lovely clean pool with waterfall which sounds tranquil, great quiet location one back from the beach yet accessible via the hotel side pathway. We rented very good bikes from the hotel & cycled the beach boardwalks to nearby bars and cafes which was great. Room was spacious & clean with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool area. Great value. Staff were lovely as we find all Balinese people. Highly recommended.

The amenities & gardens are fabulous & well kept. The bed was massive and comfortable. The staff helped me when I was unwell. The restaurant was great & had amazing options. Day spa on-site too. Good location for us. Short walk to beach.

Our room was outdated but spacious & bathroom needed some minor repairs & updates.

the rooms were spacious, the pool was lovely and the staff fabulous

the beds in our rooms were a little too hard for us, the breakfast was a little basic, we also didn't like that guest were allowed to put their pool towels on the pool chairs early morning and leave them there all day just to 'claim' a chair, there were many days when we couldn't get s seat at the pool but there were at least half a dozen with just towels and a magazine sitting on them for hours on end. Very rude guest but we felt the staff should do something about it.

excellent location and nice large rooms with a comfortable bed.

pool area can get busy with not enough lounges or seating in the shade. bathrooms and shower are a bit tired. for example the shower is over the bath. also note their are no lifts and only stairs to levels 1 and 2. This made accessing our room more challenging throughout our stay.

The property is very handy to Sanur beach walk. Approx 70 metre. The walkway is located beside the hotel. They are repairing the pathway so can be a dangerous path at night. Not able to see all the holes made. The hotel has a lovely big swimming pool. Older style hotel with Beautiful gardens. Restaurant. Staff very lovely. Always know who you are. Helpful. Special event evenings. Great Spa. Any repairs and they were right onto it. They also have other resorts on Bali. Felt safe as travelling alone

No lift. But they will help with luggage. And stairs are good for you. 3 levels. Bathroom could be updated. I had a cracked marble bench top. Step in Bath. Would prefer walk in shower. If they could have a water bubbler in reception to help stop the plastic bottle use that would be a good thing to consider.
