Great place to rest and relax. The rooms are fully equipped from the kitchenette to the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. The resort offers great food, an amazing breakfast with a large selection, delicious coffee and everything you can think of. The staff is very willing and helpful to solve your every wish. We were really very satisfied. The entire resort is neat and clean and constantly cared for. The massages were amazing. It was a big surprise for us that in such a small space there is everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much

A tropical oasis! In a quiet location, this a hidden, 5 star gem! A short walk from all the main areas/beach of Sanur. Just 8 beautiful, spacious Balinese bungalows are furnished to a high standard with a touch of luxury and comfort! Toiletries & hairdryer provided. Great water pressure, large comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was fabulous - A main menu to choose one option from, in addition to juice, tea/coffee and a fresh fruit platter. All served at your choice of location: private terrace, poolside or at the small restaurant on site. The staff are wonderful! You are made to feel special. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Beds are put back at night with chocolates and slippers by your bed. They really do go the extra mile! The small pool is within the tropical gardens and sufficient to take a dip/cool off. The sunbeds by the pool are modern & very comfortable with towels provided. A fabulous place to read or simply relax. A great, free 15-min Massage was included on site. An amazing choice for couples to relax in luxury!

Noisy children around the pool. Klumpu Bali Resort is not suitable for younger children. There are no facilities for children. Adults paying for a quiet relaxing experience do not welcome noisy, screaming children at the pool etc.

Amazing! Pictures are not justifying the look and feel of the resort. You will not regret staying at the property. At arrival you get a voucher for a 15 minute massage, breakfast can be taken at any day of the time and can be served on the property where ever you like, afternoon tea/coffee is complementary and there is a gift ready for you when you leave. They thought about every detail to make a guest as comfortable as possible. At free bikes gives you the possibility to explore Sanur from every angle. Amazing location.

The resort was tucked away from the busy tourist strip, which we loved. The resort has only eight villas, which made it quiet and very relaxing. The staff were all exceptionally lovely and friendly and we loved all the food, the amazing breakfasts and looked forward to afternoon tea everyday! We also enjoyed taking the bikes out for a ride along the beach. Everything was very comfortable and clean, including the pool which our 10-year-old particularly enjoyed. It was truly one of the best holidays we have had as a family in a long time so thank you so much for having us Klumpu. We look forward to visiting again!

Klumpu is a real hidden gem. Small, quiet, friendly and peaceful. The whole property is so well cared for, and the staff clearly take great pride in what they do. We enjoyed the food, the massages, the cool pool, the excellent air conditioning, and the complimentary toiletries (including sun cream, after sun, mosquito repellent, toothbrushes). The gardens are beautifully maintained, and create such a lovely vibe. It’s a fun place with children (sleeping on the mezzanine was a big highlight for my children!). Sanur can be hectic, but coming back here after a shopping trip was like returning to a serene slice of heaven!

First of all it is unbelievably beautiful place with little cute bungalows and lot of greenery.. just want to sit and not move anywhere all day.. pool area is nice.. they serve afternoon tea ,and very attentive to details.. loved the idea of water dispenser, koz I drink a lot of tea and water and it was convenient. Location was great.. just minutes walking to the beach and shops .. and it’s quiet .. except the kids at the pool of koz but unfortunately u can’t get away from them🤦🏻‍♀️😅 the breakfast was exceptional! U just choose what u want from menu and it will be done perfectly 🙌🏻 staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Everything is perfect

This place is fabulous. Hugo and his team have created an absolute gem of a property. Tucked away off the main street of Sanur and an easy stroll to the beach and shops. I've been coming to Bali for over 12 years, and the service and little extras that this place provides are exceptional. All the wonderful staff are friendly, very attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. The beds are firm and supportive, with a pillow top for comfort, so should be suitable for most.. The new pillows are awesome, and the TV has streaming services, including Netflix and Prime, without the need to log in. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and it can be served any time of day, and you can even spread it out and have coffee and fruit first then the main meal later, which was perfect for me. Even the coffee is great! Beautiful pool with very comfy sunbeds and generous,fluffy towels. They have literally thought of everything, even providing little extras such as afternoon tea, unlimited water, turn down service with glass bottled water and slippers by the bed, and a little chocolate treat. There's sunscreen, body lotion, mosquito repellent, and after sun gel in the bathroom as well as other goodies you might need and all quality products. There's even a little stand up fan for the balcony! Don't be deterred by the price as you get what you pay for and this place is worth every cent! I'm just over halfway through an 8 night stay and I don't want to leave! Thank you, Hugo and team. Well done on creating a very special little place, and I wish you all continued success.

We were greeted with such attentive stuff which continued through out the stay. So many extra details Klumpu team concentrate on from arrival, afternoon tea, welcome message, great kitchen (bbq chicken was the best for our kids) to breakfast and leaving. Its quite an experience on its own to visit Klumpu resort. Our daughter cut her head open slightly from slipping on extremely slippy pool stairs, no she didnt run or rush, literally fell as she stepped on the first step, it was scary. Better signs would help. You can borrow bikes, free 15 min massage was great too.

We booked collection from the airport, our flight was delayed 2 hrs and I was worried they would have left but no, they were there to meet us, very kind and friendly. Even though we arrived 2am they took the time to receive us with a lovely cold drink and showed us all the facilities. I was very impressed by their kindness and friendliness. The resort itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and stunning attention to detail that reflects the essence of Balinese charm. The food is absolutely delicious, showcasing fresh, flavorful ingredients that are very tasty and made all a delightful experience. If you value personalised service and an intimate atmosphere over the scale of a large resort, Klumpu Bali is the perfect choice. It’s a tranquil and beautiful haven where you can unwind in style and comfort. Overall, this is a five-star experience in every way. I highly recommend Klumpu Bali Resort to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious getaway.

We loved the resort so nothing we disliked!

Skip the generic resorts and go for Klumpu - it has only 8 rooms so has a very cosy intimate feel and lots of character. Our room was very private, spacious, and had everything we needed. Loved the loft beds! The pool was clean and set in well-maintained gardens and we had our own private lounge chairs in front of our room. The way the villas are designed keeps them cool even in really hot temperatures. The location was great, tucked into a quiet street sort of in the middle of the long stretch of beach. Food was very nice, breakfast had lots of options. Staff were very kind and service was to a high standard. Was great to get a free drive to the airport on the last day of our holiday. We were really able to relax at this peaceful spot! Cannot rate this place highly enough and hope to be back one day!
