The location was excellent. Room and pool were lovely. Comfy clean beds.

The lady who was there at breakfast wasn’t overly friendly and didn’t take the time to explain what we could have. She just took our room number and walked off. We had to try and figure things out for ourselves. A blot on our time there.

The room was ok and spacious, nice balcony. Location was very good, close to the main street, but still very quiet around the pools and resting area. Two pools available, so possibility to choose accoring to the crowd and sun angle. Breakfast was sufficient.

The biggest issue was a lightning of the bathroom, really dark for any activities. Only one magnetic door key was given, it activated also the electricity incl. air conditioner. So every time entering to the room, it was very hot and it took for a while to cool it down. . We asked for a second key, but it was not provided. Internet was generally good, but did not reach to our room on a 3-rd floor, so we were forced to sit outside on a balcony to work with a computer.

The rooms were well worth the money. During my first night there I lost my wallet with $2,500.00AUD in it, as well as my scooter keys. When I went to search for my wallet the next morning I was approached by the property gardener who handed me my wallet and my keys - all totally intact.

The breakfasts could have been a bit more, but then I am a fat bastard.

Only thing that really worried me was, having to climb into a bath tup to have a shower. For elderly people it is not easy and my sister had a disability and could not get in the bath tub, had to have a shower outside the tub.

Good location - the hotel is quiet oasis and at the same time close to touristic street with many cafes and shops and one big shopping mall and close to the beach. The hotel itself is located in a bit from side off the street which gives it coziness. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are a bit poor but hey – you are in touristic area and once you are out from hotel, you can find plenty of food. However when we had very early start of the day staff was very kind as exclusion to prepare breakfast for us 15 min before their usual opening hours. Beach is in around 5-7 min walk. It is not first line beach hotel which makes it not that expensive as those right on the beach. Unfortunately, not everywhere is comfortable to swim in the ocean there (water grass, dirtiness, sandy and many small animals making holes in sand) but for sure this is out of hotel’s control, it is rather just a bit of additional information. Also there is swimming pool for everyone, including children’s shallow zone. Our room was in the ground floor and had its own small porch with two chairs and small table – superhandy and cozy. Also the hotel staff helped us to join the tour to Nusa Penida – called to company who organize tours and agreed our participation. At the end, you can organize transfer to airport – was handy for us.

Though towels were clean the looked grey – it was very visible they are already old and used plenty of times. My advise for hotel would be to buy a new batch of towels. Also the room had shady windows (as was located on ground floor, to make it private from street viewers) so not really for daylight lovers. However during day I was mainly out so this did not bother me too much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a lovely established feel and feels very homely with many choices as where to relax, by the pool,in the shade on large couches or on your own deck. Perfectly positioned down a driveway so it is very quiet. The breakfast was very good, the large dining area which opens to the pool is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable. The Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful

My room was clean and comfortable with great aircon and a lovely balcony.

Bathroom could have used a thorough clean. Housekeeping staff failed to provide toilet paper and clean towels. I'd asked for a double or queen bed but was provided with two singles.

Located next to the main strip of Sanur, this hotel surprised me for the peaceful vibe it brings along still being so central. Rooms are wide and with nice patio. I had ab issue with aircon and the staff promptly helped out, much appreciated

As said i had a problem with my room and the staff found a new room straight after, which was very helpful, unfortunately the new room had lack of cleaning; i appreciate the help they provided, i would have loved to wait a couple of hours more for the room and receive it finished

Taman Agung was a wonderful base to experience Sanur. It is set off the main road a little bit so you feel the peace and tranquility of surrounding gardens and pool. It is close to beach and shops, and just far enough away to escape the busyness. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The pool Location Mor Motorbike hire, good price, and good quality bikes. Cultural / authentic setting Felt like you were in the countryside, quiet and tranquil. I enjoyed my stay here.

Bathroom, very outdated. Mosquitos, it's best to keep doors and windows shut. It's hard to prevent mosquitos from entering a place, I've lived in the countryside before and had the same experience with mosquitos. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.
