Hotel Jati is an old style Bali hotel with rooms surrounded by gardens, an affordable oasis in an overpriced Sanur. The breakfast is delicious and delivered to your private patio. Staff is very friendly and will hold your bags for you if you want to wander around the local shops after check out time. perfect stay for a ferry boat stopover.

The electric plugs are the round two prong Asian style so you’ll need an adapter, and check your voltage compatibly. Only one working plug in the entire room.

the location was excellent, the villa’s were spacious and cleaned every day, the staff were very friendly and breakfast was great!

For us what let us down was the kitchen wasn’t really functional, it obviously hasn’t been used in a long time. We wanted to do some home cooking but I found it very difficult as there wasn’t adequate cooking utensils, cookware or dinnerware. A microwave would be handy, so too a toaster and kettle.

Very spacious room with large comfortable bed, desk & seating. Flat screen TV. Nice terrace with table, chairs & wooden couch with cushions. Friendly staff. Library where you can swap books. Nice clean pool with sun lounges. Not many but was enough for the people using the area. The hotel was full but we had the pool to ourselves quite a few times. The small restaurant served small nice meals. Spring rolls, French fries, Nasi goring, fish & chips & more for good price. Shortcut to beach across the road. Great Location. Would definitely come again.

First impressions were lovely. Lovely room, garden & pool area. The staff are amazing. Efficient and so friendly & charming. Special mention for Made in warung and Kadek, Tine, Putu & Wayan. Such beautiful souls to make Bali proud. Location mid way on Jl D Tamblingan perfect to access “Hardys” 100m north and many fine restaurants not to mention best cafe ‘Kopi Kiosk’ on street beside Hardys.

No issues at all. Owner Mr ‘Willy’ runs a smooth operation. I trust he rewards his staff well.

Love the old Bali vibe of the place and the family feel about it. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom Jati villas (our second stay in them) Pretty basic, but clean and spacious. Lovely shower and comfy beds with mosquito nets. Great outdoor area with plenty of seating to wile away the hours once the children are in bed. Basic breakfast, but ample to set you up for the day, choice of noodles, rice, pancakes or eggs and toast with juice, coffee and fruit. Pool is only small (but it's a small hotel) our our old daughter loved it. We brought along some cheap floaties from home. A short stroll to the beach almost directly across the road, via Jl Pantai Indah, bonus lovely little warung (warung pantai indah) at the end of this on the beach. Toes in the sand, Bintang in hand, nice good...what could be better? We would definitely stay a third time and more!

We had a great stay for 7 nights . The staff are so friendly and attentive. Our room was generous size , with a kitchen . We appreciated having the fridge & kettle. Loved our front porch with a fan & mozzie coil lit for us every night . Our room was cleaned regularly & laundry taken care of as well ! The pool area was fine though not huge . The gardens are gorgeous and the ponds with fish too. We would stay again for sure 😊 The staff made our stay so enjoyable !!

Our toilet was a little tricky to use as it was the old style & the water kept running . We worked out the knack after day two . Everything else was fabulous.

Willie and staff were super helpful and friendly, couldn’t have wished for a friendlier place to stay. driver on hand for any trips at good rates, lovely pool and exceptionally clean. we visited with 2 kids 9 and 10 and would highly recommend - peaceful, good location close to beach and restaurants. The fish were cool!

Clean, quiet bungalows with pretty, well designed gardens to give privacy. Old Bali feel. Friendly genuine staff & daily housekeeping. Larger than usual fridge (mine unfortunately stopped working, but staff were attending to it). Big windows looking into the garden. Small attractive pool. Aircon, TV & wifi all worked well. Loved the bathroom design, good water pressure & hot water. There was a little fan in the comfortable outside seating area & mosquito coils lit nightly. Good location for shopping, restaurants & the beach.

There was water when I arrived but not replenished daily. No tea or coffee provided with the kettle & cups.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with their characteristic smiles everywhere they went. Breakfast was really good and I had my choice of bali coffee, nasi goreng, fresh fruit and juice every morning. The room was cleaned every day and smelled great.

The only teeny weeny thing I can say is that I had to pay more for to refill my water bottle than to buy a new one at the supermarket. Bali wants to help cut down on plastic rubbish so then the refills should be cheaper ( like in pedangbai where we only paid 2k)

We stayed in villa 3, a 2 bedroom family villa. We thought it was excellent value for money. Good traditional style Balinese accommodation. Breakfast was sufficient with a set choice of dishes. Staff were lovely. Excellent location, close to everything. Could not fault it at the price point. Would definitely stay again!
