Lovely two-bedroom villa, perfect for families and young children as the glass doors between the living areas and pools were lockable. Beds comfortable, villa was clean and comfortable. Short five-minute walk to main shopping street for restaurants/shops. Laundry service around the corner. Corner shop selling cheap ice-creams just outside the villa gates - kids were rapt. Staff were lovely, breakfast every morning very tasty and a good size. We've already re-booked another stay and will continue to stay here when in Bali.

Nothing. Our aircon unit constantly dripped so we had to place towels underneath to stop the kids slipping on the tiles but didn't phase us.

Beds comfortable, pool good, breakfast was good a lot of variety, staff amazing very attentative, nothing too much trouble a credit to the property and should be acknowledged, room cleaned every day with efficiency and quickly, nice and quiet location, very peaceful and relaxing, easy and quick check in and check out with Maria.

Linen is very old bed sheets and towels needs to be replaced with newer, shower heads and plugs need maintenance both blocked. bad sewerage smell in one of the bedrooms, both safes were not working properly had to use keys, we feel these are easy fixes and mainly our feedback is for the property to take onboard. As a suggestion it would be great if the shuttle cart did more than 2 x runs per day to the shopping centre /beach etc. And pick up for return would be great when travelling with elderly parents who struggle to walk distances.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aleesha Villas. All the staff from reception, house keeping, food service, gardeners, security and airport transfers are so friendly and are willing to help with any questions or problems you may have. 5 stars for the wonderful staff. Our 1 bedroom pool villa was very private and quiet during the night. The pool was great and clean and after walking around for a few hours, it was wonderful for a cool off. We were always greeted with a happy good morning and the breakfast choices were ample. Having our own space in the Villa was great with plenty of room and nicely air conditioned for a restful sleep. Thank you.

There is nothing we really didn't like as it still has that older Bali feel about the Villas, but yes the rooms could do with some maintenance, mainly the bathroom area and the bed linen will need to be replaced even though it was always clean.

Stopped here on the first 3 nights of a family holiday touring Bali. We were looked after right from the airport, and the congenial staff made sure we had a lovely stay, arranging trips & onward travel. The villa we stayed at was lovely, perhaps a little tired in places - but still felt luxurious, and we loved our private pool.

Our only grumble was being awoken at 3am on the first night to the sounds of a neighbour projectile vomitting. However, this did provide a stark reminder not to drink the tap water (and not the hotel's fault!)

Room was spacious, and was cleaned when ever we required. Great private pool in villa and was clean. The fridge in main living room was always filled with snacks and drinks you can purchase for a low price, bottled water supplied daily free. Lots of hot water and great pressure in showers. The free shuttle bus was a great inclusion to get to where you wanted to go however it was only one way. Note: the villa is a short 5 minute walk to the main road and about 8 mins to beach, I would recommend hiring a push bike for your stay it makes it much easier to get around.

Lounge in living area was a bit old and stained something more inviting to sit on would have been nice. The breakfast was large with 4 different options eg American, Balinese etc, I feel it could have been improved with a few more options or the ability to mix and match.

Aleesha Villas staff were fantastic - couldn't fault anything as far as service went. They knew our names each time we went into reception, and nothing was a problem. The communal Swimming pool was beautiful. Breakfast options were simple but good, plentiful and well priced. Rooms had good privacy even on the verandahs due to the lush tropical planting throughout the complex. Rooms were very quiet - only slight hint of traffic noise from the main road a couple of blocks over. Loved the twice daily complimentary shuttle into main street - was fun ! Appreciated the complimentary waterbottles.

Just the normal building maintenance that you come to expect on a lot of Bali accommodation - but it certainly didn't hamper our stay. And the room rate was relative to the standard of accommodation. Bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. Kitchenette very basic - small bar bridge, microwave & gas hob, and very "rustic". Approx 15min walk into main street eateries and shopping area...so sometimes would use GoJek or Blue taxi....although depending on time of day ie 6-7pm busy time, they wouldn't turn up as fare wasn't big enough.

Spacious Villas, great staff that were happy to talk and help if you had any questions. The restaurant served a good variety of breakfast and dinner meals and they had the option of lunch if you wanted it. The Aircon was perfect and the outside seating and kitchen were perfect for making tea or coffee. The fridge is a good sized one with drinks available. The walkways and gardens are beautifully kept. Great privacy in the villas as well with room service if wanted. The staff and management learned our names and it created a nice atmosphere where you felt included.

Like all the villas in Bali they have a gas bottle stove. Ours was faulty. We reported it on the first day but nothing was fixed. Flames would come out of the on/off button and the gas pipe on one occasion. (We called it Russian Roulette tea making) Some mozzi burners for keeping the bugs at bay would be nice as the outside chairs were nice to sit and read in at night after dinner. The resort in general is of the older style but doesn't detract from it's charm.

Friendly staff. very, Always accomodating. Good selection of breakfast Good location 20 min walk to Sanur beach front . 10 walk to restaurant road strip. Second time staying at Aleesha Villa.. now have more understanding of lay out of the land.

Aleesha has a roof top area which they don't utilise. This was a shame as you can see the BIG mountains would be a great place to have cocktail hour, snacks music would be sensational for those who wish to stay in for the evening or invite friends over. " food for thought "

The room size was great and the bathroom was huge. 2 water bottles every day was handy too. Great location, tucked in off the main street but with close laneways for access. Staff were exceptional. We were able to hire bikes from these villas which improved our movement around the area significantly.

Maybe an extra table would be handy to put our cases on rather than on the floor. We moved and used the large coffee table which wasn't ideal.

The ladies in reception helped my mum to surprise us with decorating our room before we arrived we really appreciate the effort the reception staff put in to assist my mum with this. We stayed with our two kids they loved it. The staff are all very friendly especially the lovely Maria on reception, she always goes above and beyond to ensure you are having a great holiday. Definitely a 5 star level of customer service, thank you Maria.

The mattresses are hard and you can feel springs in your back, they need to be replaced. In the villas the doors have gaps in them and lots of mosquitoes and centipedes get into your room, no matter how many mosquito coils or bug sprays we used we were battling mosquitoes the whole stay.
