The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was big and very clean. Outdoor area was also big with 4 recliners and a massive daybed. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Very modern luxurious villa. Had a washing machine which was very handy and we’d often get home to find the staff had hung our washing out 😀

Could’ve provided more keys to the gate and front door as the villa accommodates up to 8 people and they only gave us one set. Having said that the staff arranged an extra set for us. A little difficult to get luggage around the pool to the 3 outside bedrooms eg. you either need to go over the pool bridge or go around the pool which was a little tricky.

This villa was stunning. We were three couples but could accommodate 8 people easily. Huge open plan lounge/diner/kitchen area with everything you would need. Huge comfortable sofas and decorated beautifully. Stunning master bedroom with a separate dressing room and massive en-suite with a bath that easily fits two. Three separate double bedrooms across the garden, all en-suite. The pool and garden area is gorgeous. It’s a short drive to most areas of Sanur but there is a little cafe a couple of minutes walk and some small shops close by. There was a washing machine which was handy. We spent a wonderful five days here but could have happily stayed longer. This is one of the nicest places I have stayed and would highly recommend it.

Property in excellent condition, family friendly. Beautiful villa would definitely stay here again. Breakfast included was awesome to have and very flexible with times each day especially if you like to sleep in. Wonderful service by host :) we were taken care of and welcomed warmly.

-If youre a light sleeper, can hear through the walls in middle bedroom of 3. -The whole of Bali had a power outage from 4pm to 12.30am but the property didn't have an emergency kit of some sort, torches needed new batteries - not sure if there was a first aid either but definitely would've been handy to have access to those things when events like these happen, as none of the shops down the road were open to sell candles, lighters etc.

Very spacious and well appointed property. Pool is huge and the older kids loved jumping off the bridge. Villa staff were lovely. Short taxi ride to main part of Sanur but some nice cafes and restaurants just at the end of the street. Nice being a little further from the busy area. Good aircon, TVs, internet connection.

Challenging with a toddler as locks on doors between main house and garden were broken so we had to be quite vigilant with the pool. Breakfast not included in booking price and not great value for what you pay, although nice to have someone make food for you on site.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was absolutely lovely and clean. It seemed to be just after renovation, so we could have a perfect holiday. We called a Grab and arrived at the beach in about 5 minutes. There was a large supermarket nearby where we could do some shopping. The room was cool and the kitchen supplies were perfect. The staff was friendly and patiently answered all our questions. We used towels and amenities similar to those of a 5-star hotel as advertised on the website. The pool and garden were well-maintained, just like in the photos. I asked why there was a very negative review, and I was told there was a one-hour power outage in the entire area.but now no problem.Just in case,they have already increased the power supply . Because the review was so harsh, I felt so sorry and wanted to prove it here. It's a very clean and cozy villa. There were no problems with electricity either! I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you, Ngurah!

Acccomodation itself was very nice, no complaints. Main bedroom with walking closest and bathroom was exceptional. Never seen a TV that big. The bathtub is biggest I've seen. The 3 separate bedrooms with it's own outdoor shower area is not for everyone (young children/teenagers) but for us it was great. Parents and in-laws stayed in separate building. Living room is well air conditioned, ample of space for everyone to lounge around. We really like the 3 big sofas. There is a large outdoor table for dining which we used by requesting seafood dinner on 1 of the night. Need to book in advance. Breakfast was average, Indonesian or western, but it's convinient to have breakfast at the villa and they let you order for the night before so you can change menu every morning. The kitchen is spacey with a lot of appliances, oven, coffee maker, fridge, rice cooker, toaster etc etc Water dispenser available with new water everyday for us. This was great since we have a baby. Location was great especially with a 1yr old. Everything (restaurants, beach, large supermarket) was nearby within 10-20mins away by Grab/Taxi Walking distance (5mins) has 2-3 Indonesian/western restaurants. The pool itself is big, very nice and clean, well maintain. There is a humped bridge that connects main building to the separate living quarters. The bridge has No hand rails. Lighting is sufficient at night but these 2 factors may not be suitable for everyone (young kids and the disabled) Yes you can walk around the pool next to poolside to reach the 3 bedrooms but it's narrow and uneven (grass & concrete) This is not a negative, just something to be aware of. Swimming under the bridge is nice. We would totally return!

We had 1 incident where the circuit breakers tripped around 10pm. Luckily, the housekeeper left his number with us and we were able to get the main building back up quickly by finding the breaker box. Insolated incident on 1st night but great help from him (Mr Kadek) whom actually rode over in the middle of the night to help fix and stayed at the villa to make sure everything OK. We managed to get main building and 2 bedroom back up and by day 2, all was fixed.

2nd time here. Parents get their own separate bedroom, toilet outdoor shower. Very big pool for the baby and us Staff very helpful Breakfast was very good, western or Indonesian

Master bedroom and main house water tank needed cleaning because of bad smell in water. Staff immediately empty rinse cleaned tank. All normal after

Breakfast was cooked in the villa every day and was well presented. There are two options per day either a continental or Indonesian breakfast (however you cannot mix the options).

The bridge over the pool does not have any handrails is not great for anyone who may need assistance to cross.

The breakfast was not very exciting, not bad, just basic . It was a fair way from.main part if Sanur, catching taxi mostly to go to local places

Pool and garden were amazing and very well kept. Villa was large with plenty of space. Comfortable bed and quiet area.

Location was the only downside. As you need to get a Gojek into Sanur.
