Great quiet location with a 10 minute walk to the main road and the beach. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were sick in the room for a couple of days and the staff were very helpful during this time.

We found this property to be a little expensive for what it offered compared to the other two properties we have stayed in on this trip to Bali. We paid approximately $80 AUD. Unfortunately the towels and bed sheets were quite badly stained and the requested replacements were not much better. Two of our pillows should have been thrown out they were that stained and filthy. It's a shame because the room was clean but clean linen is essential and it's small detail that is easy for management to rectify for not a big expense.

An absolutely marvellous place to stay. I was in Bali on business and chose this place due to its location and value for money. The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. the breakfast is very simple but tasty. I liked the banana pancakes. The location is a 5 minute walk from the main street with plenty of restaurants. A 12 minute stroll to the beach. The pool at Anindya is perfect and the gardens are lush with the scent of frangipani. We stayed for 3 weeks. the place was kept immaculate throughout, so clean and orderly. Our room was spacious and neat. A comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent wifi for my team meetings. I will be back and will recommend this hotel for my colleagues to enjoy. Across the road, less than 30 seconds away there is two restaurants and a mini market.

My balcony is facing the roof of the building, so all I could see was the roof, not a glimpse of the pool. It's ok if I am told earlier. Other than this very minor issue, the staff are friendly.

I like the location being almost smack in the middle of sanur and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was simple but adequate they really need to heat up the coffee, though 🤣. The rooms are spacious with outside space, air con, a fridge, and a big double bed all for me. It was in a great location with local cafes, massage centres, and laundry services very close by. Most of all, I loved the people, so kind and accommodating.

The pool was OK but looks much bigger on the photos but I suppose bearing in mind there are only 8 rooms it's fine. There were only safety boxes in some of the rooms, and they are small, so things like laptops (I was working)don't fit. It's perfectly fine for money jewellery and passports

The staff are amazing. Every one of them. Always helpful and happy. The bed was pretty good but if it could be softer that would be SO much better 😊 The room was a great size with lots of storage. The shower was above average for Bali with great pressure and very hot. Having a separate toilet was good. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. If you are a light sleeper or like a sleep in the local dogs in the area might bother you late at night and early mornings. Next time I will bring earplugs. The gardens are beautiful. They offer a free water refill station. We liked Anindya Homestay so much that we booked it again before we left.

Here a a few things that could be improved: The TV: It is small and we couldn't get anything to play through their set top box or our Firestick because the wifi was too slow, so if was always buffering. Linen: The bedding, pillowcases, pillows and towels were stained. It didn't look very nice. Even though we knew they were clean. Pool pump: It only comes on with a timer, so it's not always running during the day. This means there is often dirt, leaves and suncream on the surface of the pool. Not a huge thing, it just didn't look appealing. Having it on from 9-5pm for example would solve the problem 🙂 These are just a few things that could improve Anindya Homestay and make it even better! 😊

Are room was on the ground floor in front of pool. We enjoyed our stay at Anindya. It basically was everything in the write up and photos. It is down a side lane but there is a couple of good Warung close by. It is a homestay and it is definitely not expensive so when people book or comment bear that in mind.

Linen could have looked better but ours was definitely clean. You did have to ask for your room to be done and new towel etc to which did happen … but you had to ask.

Just lovely grounds and well kept garden and pool. Quiet rooms with upstairs having a nice view. Good Good air-conditioner 👍 and super hot water! Nice space, comfortable and safe.

The pillow slips and bedding was fresh, but greyish and just a bit stinky. I think it was clean, but maybe the laundry was letting them down. I got a cheap bottle of laundry freshner spray and went to town on it! It helped a bit.

Great location, value for money. Pool area is ideal.

Stayed in room on second level which is not the same quality or size as ground level. Recommend ground level rooms but not second floor.

Great sizeable room with a lovely view and just really chilled.. The location is great close to a small supermarket and a couple of Warungs and only a short walk from the main street. It's got such a community feel and I've stayed a couple of times before and had an equally great experience. Friendly staff too, good wifi :-)

Breakfast is basic and the hot water in the shower dosnt last long, but these are minor things when you consider the value for money.

Very friendly staff. Nice to have a pool to cool off in. Great local advice given on area. Nice and quiet area , away from hustle of other busy areas.
