We loved the location, comfortable bed and super welcoming staff. The room was darker than expected as it was tucked into a corner - but this made it private too. Lots of storage for our gear.

More hooks needed for hanging wet towels or things. Felt like the security cameras could see us in the toilet or room when curtains were open.

Great quiet location with a 10 minute walk to the main road and the beach. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were sick in the room for a couple of days and the staff were very helpful during this time.

We found this property to be a little expensive for what it offered compared to the other two properties we have stayed in on this trip to Bali. We paid approximately $80 AUD. Unfortunately the towels and bed sheets were quite badly stained and the requested replacements were not much better. Two of our pillows should have been thrown out they were that stained and filthy. It's a shame because the room was clean but clean linen is essential and it's small detail that is easy for management to rectify for not a big expense.

Had an upstairs room which was way smaller than described on the listing but still comfortable for a solo traveller. The street noise till late (11.30) and then again around 5 am was quite loud as the walls are paper thin and the rooms are quite close to the road. The pool area is very appealing, lots of tranquil plants and garden area, very clean pool. Room needed a few more power points, like beside the bed so you could have both a bedside light and a charger or for some a Cpap machine. Also the kitchenette had no powerpoint for kettle and very few kitchenware supplies (only one breakfast bowl and a single fork) no dishwashing liquid, sponge or teatowel provided either. Bathroom was a mess after a shower with no divider to prevent the toilet from getting wet, also no hairdryer. Bed was very comfortable and linen clean and fresh

The small homestay is in a great location, very central area of sanur…yet still quiet. Close to restaurants, shops and about a ten minute walk to the beach. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and has good air conditioning. Staff are friendly and very helpful and always responded in a polite and friendly manner to any requests we had. We did not have breakfast at Anindya as we like to go out walking and for breakfast in the morning. However other guests said it was good. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Sanur if you want a small, quiet and relaxed place to stay at a very reasonable price.

A new toilet seat and a bottle opener would make this room a 10 out of 10. Not a huge issue, we loved our room.

An absolutely marvellous place to stay. I was in Bali on business and chose this place due to its location and value for money. The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. the breakfast is very simple but tasty. I liked the banana pancakes. The location is a 5 minute walk from the main street with plenty of restaurants. A 12 minute stroll to the beach. The pool at Anindya is perfect and the gardens are lush with the scent of frangipani. We stayed for 3 weeks. the place was kept immaculate throughout, so clean and orderly. Our room was spacious and neat. A comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent wifi for my team meetings. I will be back and will recommend this hotel for my colleagues to enjoy. Across the road, less than 30 seconds away there is two restaurants and a mini market.

Nothing. It was fantastic

I like the location being almost smack in the middle of sanur and a 10 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was simple but adequate they really need to heat up the coffee, though 🤣. The rooms are spacious with outside space, air con, a fridge, and a big double bed all for me. It was in a great location with local cafes, massage centres, and laundry services very close by. Most of all, I loved the people, so kind and accommodating.

The pool was OK but looks much bigger on the photos but I suppose bearing in mind there are only 8 rooms it's fine. There were only safety boxes in some of the rooms, and they are small, so things like laptops (I was working)don't fit. It's perfectly fine for money jewellery and passports

The staff are amazing. Every one of them. Always helpful and happy. The bed was pretty good but if it could be softer that would be SO much better 😊 The room was a great size with lots of storage. The shower was above average for Bali with great pressure and very hot. Having a separate toilet was good. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. If you are a light sleeper or like a sleep in the local dogs in the area might bother you late at night and early mornings. Next time I will bring earplugs. The gardens are beautiful. They offer a free water refill station. We liked Anindya Homestay so much that we booked it again before we left.

Here a a few things that could be improved: The TV: It is small and we couldn't get anything to play through their set top box or our Firestick because the wifi was too slow, so if was always buffering. Linen: The bedding, pillowcases, pillows and towels were stained. It didn't look very nice. Even though we knew they were clean. Pool pump: It only comes on with a timer, so it's not always running during the day. This means there is often dirt, leaves and suncream on the surface of the pool. Not a huge thing, it just didn't look appealing. Having it on from 9-5pm for example would solve the problem 🙂 These are just a few things that could improve Anindya Homestay and make it even better! 😊

Friendly staff

My balcony is facing the roof of the building, so all I could see was the roof, not a glimpse of the pool. It's ok if I am told earlier. Other than this very minor issue, the staff are friendly.

Lovely well kept grounds and pool area. Loved the pool. Nice room with a balcony, good air con. A working TV. Tea and coffee facilities with a fridge. Nice bathroom, hot shower.

The location is a bit noisy. Traffic/scooter noise, barking dogs and a bar quite close by. The lane the hotel is on is a bit of a main thoroughfare, even though it is back off the main road. People in the next room were playing loud music on the TV that boomed straight through the wall into my room, I had to say something about that and the staff did ask them to turn it down. No top sheet on the bed.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday. I had a very brief stay before my flight home and Im very happy I chose this absolutely wonderful accommodation for a stop over. My room was large, fully contained with a good sized fridge and kitchenette, super comfortable bed and strong air con, outside seating area within the garden pool area was a delight. Room and the surrounding grounds were clean and well kept. Great wifi, coffee and tea making facilities, and very attentive, polite, welcoming staff! The pool was perfect for a relaxing swim and a cool down. Down a quiet lane but so close to anything you need, cafes close by and shopping. Safe, quiet, comfortable. I have only ever stayed in Sanur briefly but Anindya has inspired me to come back, it is a peaceful haven. I will be booking for a return visit, even my Balinese driver loved how the staff were so welcoming. Thank you Anindya staff. This accommodation definitely exceeded my expectations!
