I liked the Bali-ness of the accomodations, typical Bali style, Always unique, and having the Kitchen attached was a bonus, for tea/coffee/beers and snacks. The AirCon worked well under trying circumstances (the Monsoon buildup) Scooter parking was attended to at night by the security guard onsite, who was an absolute joy. I was not so enthusiastic about the shower. hard to control, and there was an extreme step down into it. I slipped off the step and sustained some tremendous bruises. The Management and staff, were excellent and friendly. And the Hotel is less than a kilometre from Pasar Malam Sindu, with many Cafes and Restos, just a short walk away. PS, don't forget the mozzie spray.

The shower, not well designed and has incredibly slick flooring coming up to a large step down into the shower. I could not in all conscience suggest this place for elderly people, or those with movement concerns.

Great quite location, just grab a bicycle you can get for free at the Villa and be at the beach in 10 minutes. Spacious big living area, much privacy. nice big pool - all for a budget price!

Don‘t expect a luxurious Villa for a budget price. We were quite happy as we know the standard in Indonesia. But the kitchen area could need a new paint and some kitchen utilities be exchanged - overall a bit more of maintenance would be great

I like that it was quiet and pool was great. Good value Overall its was good value and had the essential just few things that they need to update and it be great 👍

Taxi struggle to get to villa due tight ally way and sign for property very small Staff didn't speak well English and didn't know how to fix the shower , plus they cleaned our room but never replaced the towels and toilet paper I had buy some from the shop Also the website said we book breakfast at venue for extra $6 daily when we asked the staff like no we don't do that !! So we had venture out daily for breakfast or buy stuff to make breakfast in our room .

Beautiful pool and garden and we loved our simple private family area with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen and living area. Staff were friendly and helpful and we felt relaxed and happy the whole time. Thank you!!

The only downsides was the on-site cafe was closed until the weekend (but food available close by and on Grab) and it was around a 20 minute walk t the beach- hard in hot weather! But these were easily overcome.

This place is great value for the money. Had everything you needed and the property was well taken care of. Folks in other reviews complained about the distance to the beach which really wasn’t an issue. An easy 15 minute walk.

Thw swimming pool was good. Cleaning inside the rooms was made good. Very nice person.

The kitchen was not cleaned, dirty and had bad smell. We was unable to prepare any food there :( One of the toilet had bad smell as well...we was adviced to give with a chemical solution. Hot watee was only first 2 days then only cold, we contacted the manager but no answer :( In the night in the roof lives diferent creatures that makes noise! big noise ! like somebody ia running there... Old.furniture.

Great place to relax with a beautiful garden nice and quiet. Good coffee place with a decent breakfast menu. Love to come back here.

Nice open kitchen area and gardens. Comfy bed and pillows. Large bathroom. Pool area good. Had peaceful sleep, not to noisy.

Bit dated and in need of renovation but comfortable for short stay. Bathroom large but a lot of wasted space, unusual. Need more hooks for towels. Longish walk to beach and bars.
