Beautiful quiet room with pool view in a garden setting. Bed was very comfy and large well set out bathroom. Wonderful friendly staff. Breakfast was off a set menu and was adequate. Location was great with just a very short walk to restaurants, coffee and shops. Will definitely be staying here again.

Pool bar to be open a bit longer in the late afternoon, but nothing major.

As always a great experience. Stayed in the lower cost rooms for the first time but very comfortable, all the same facilities only less comfortable indoor and outdoor chairs. Staff super friendly and keep the whole place running well. Great location.

I love the Bumi. It’s just a beautiful place that we will keep going back to. Located well and off the main drag. Many restaurants around as well as shops and spas. Also the new icon mall right over the road. We can’t wait to get back next year. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are superb. It’s the staff that make this place so special.

The only thing I find a bit blah, is the breakfast, but to be fair, it’s all you need to start the day. Just lacks choice and if you’re spending a week there it’s a bit tedious. But this isn’t a major at all. Just don’t expect a big choice.

This was our first time staying in Sanur and we enjoyed it. The room was good, typically Balinese in style and was cleaned and tidy everyday. Pool was great, plenty of lounges. There was plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Icon Shopping Centre was an easy stroll and while very expensive it was enjoyable to wander around and window shop - Subway was a pleasant surprise 😊 All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really, for the price compared to many other places I feel it was excellent value.

A simple breakfast, but yummy. Located a short walk from the main street, a very tranquil location. There seemed to be quite a few people staying, but I felt that we had the place to ourselves. A great little bookshelf in the covered gazebo with novels left behind by other travellers provided something to read for the next leg of my trip. I hope others enjoy the book I left. The pathways were immaculate, the staff were friendly and the location easy to find. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, great pool, breakfast was super

When we checked out they told us we have to pay 3% ekstravif we pay by card. Booking never informed us about this so I refused. I say to all of you out there, refuse to pay this, because they choose to accept cards so they pay, not us, shit robbers, it’s a shame a nice hotel like this have to steel you. Shame on them and shame on booking. Wake up and do your job booking

Location was great , easy 3 min walk to main "shopping, warung, bar" street in Sanur ..but very quiet location...I stayed in deluxe room which I would recommend over standard room ..much larger , nice outlook over pool/garden , glass sliding doors .

Poor WiFi access inside the rooms , often dropping out of range . Not an overly enticing restaurant to sit in , looks a bit dark and boring. Shower water pressure is low, and warm water is slow to come through .

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of 3 and had a nice time. The pool is huge and varies in depth and it has a kiddy section. They even had some pool noodles laying around wich was nice as well as plenty of sun loungers. The room was big with decent size beds and the water ran consistently hot. The wi fi was decent and there was a TV And tea and coffee. There were also mosquito nets for the beds. The menu was good with a decent breakfast and the room service was quick. We loved the pancakes especially. The mall is very close by and you can walk there in 5-10 minutes easily. Similar to many properties in this area, the buildings were a little dated as was the decor. This was fine for us and we feel the photos are a true representation of what you get when you arrive. Due to the gardens (which are lovely) there is heaps of mosquitos. We would recommend takinh some sprey for the room and some roll on/cream to wear. Overall, it was a great stay.

The room is very spacious and clean. The garden is great, full of green, exotic plants and well maintained. The pool, large and nice. The location is good, a bit away from the craziness, but close enough to the center (maybe a 15 min walk to the beach). Staff nice and helpful. The room AC worked really well. Great price, really affordable. All in all, a nice and peaceful place to stay in Sanur.

The breakfast wasn't really the best: not too many choices here and after a few days you'll get bored of the same taste. But if you only need some coffee, croissants and fruits, it's good enough. The towels need some refreshing.
