Nice and quiet location, not too far from the main road - about 10 minutes walk. The staff were very kind and the bedroom was nice with great AC. This was a unique, private space.

From the photos and room description, we didn't realize that only the bedroom was indoors. The living room and kitchen were outdoors which really surprised us because we specifically booked this location to have space to work online and were excited to have a living room and kitchen. With the heat, it wasn't possible to sit in the living room to work so we had to sit in the bed the whole time. This could be seen as a huge positive for those who would enjoy the unique experience of having most of your space outdoors.

The studio room was huge with a downstairs and upstairs. There was an outside toilet on the upper floor, kitchen had basic things and shower was hot. Pool was great and they allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few days while we toured around and came back. Location was superb in quiet back street but close enough to centre and beach. People who ran it were lovely and very helpful

The property needs a make over or a thorough deep clean. The rooms are so lovely but little things let it down like cracked tiles, dirty kitchen cupboards, empty plastic bottles laying around in a cupboard. The pool area could be nicer too.

Great value for money here - good location, spacious and clean apartments. Although the amenities in the room were basic it was more than enough, especially for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful with any requests. Walking distance to the beach, markets and the HUGE sanur mall. We only stayed for one night but I’d definitely return.

My only complaint is there was no door at the entrance to our apartment/living room/kitchen, just a blind. The apartment was located behind a private gate with lock and key so it wasn’t an issue security wise, but after two weeks of being attacked 24/7 by mosquitos it wasn’t great.

i had single bedroom townhouse. all amenities available. large fridge and enough utensils to make couple of hearty meals. lovely small lap pool, and locations close to everything (preferably you had a bike).

make sure you spray your room with insect repellent as lots of mosquitoes share the comfort of you room.

It was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Bed was amazing. Away from Sanur main road,therefore very quiet. I had a good night sleep. Around 20 min walk to beach. You can also rent bikes and get everywhere easy. Big and clean pool. AC worked perfectly. I would recommend this place.

Since it's one bedroom apartment, kitchen is located next to bedroom, under the roof but "outside", it only has fan,no AC. I would suggest to better get Studio. In Studio kitchen is inside and you can use it without getting too hot.

A quiet homestay environment with a comfortable bed,usable kitchenette, lovely staff and a cute dog. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The pool area could be a more appealing environment where you felt happy to lounge around. The pool itself was great.

We love it here, quiet, comfortable, cute dogs, the staff are very nice, we are now living in Lembongan, my wife and son are already missing this apartment, it is the best apartment I have stayed in Bali.

Fantastic staff and beautiful and clean . They couldn’t do enough for us . Oh and the little dog named pawpaw. Live with us practically while we where there 😁 loved her and will miss her

Spacious loft, ideal for family with a kid, super friendly staff, nice pool. I only booked 2 nights thinking to extend if we like the place, unfortunately it should be booked way upfront, they’re full all the time. Wish I had booked the whole stay with them, everything else we were able to find can’t even compete with Praschita in terms of value for money.

Perfect for the start or the end of your vacation. Spacious room, minimalistic stuffed kitchen, super friendly staff, surrounding perfect, possibility to rent a bicycle..I would come back!

Missing mosquito net - there were a lot mosquitos in the room at the beginning..
